So the Odd Eating Habits thread made me think of this. Do you have any odd little habits that you know you do or others have told you that you do?

For example, I know that I twist my hair all the time and I also tend to make a "tsking" noise after a lot of my sentences. Especially when I'm uninterested in something or am sympathizing with someone.

I also walk with my feet slightly pointed outwards. Apparently that is strange as someone pointed out to me the other day.

So what weird little habits do you have? Or habits in general, they don't have to be odd.

Hmmm. I bite my lip a lot but I don't know if that really all the strange.

I tend to as a nervous tick with a pencil I have in hand by twirling it around by my fingers.
I also rotate my phone around when i'm bored.

They're habits because I do them without thinking but it's an easy indicator of how I feel.

I wish I could just sit back and observe myself to find out all the weird quirky things I do.

I suppose muttering to myself is an odd little habit of mine. I like to make up stories in my head to pass time while driving or walking somewhere. I probably come off as nuts half the time, but that's okay.

The hair twisting isn't a great indicator of my mood. It either means I'm nervous as hell, bored as hell, or thinking about something.

I twist my neck. A lot. I twist my neck as in like I want to break it or something. A 360 turn it's mostly when I'm stressed, apparently I have tics. And people laugh at me at times when I do that or look at me like crazy, but meh I'm used to it
Other than that.. I lick my lips
And scratch my nose when I think.
I think that's all I know

Whenever I get nervous, I pick at my skin and nails.
I also scratch my arms a lot.

well, i do this while im in the shower.

i have semi-long hair and you know when you shower how it falls out, quite a bit from me? Yea, that. i place it on the shower wall and make pictures.

Sometimes i make up stories, and create characters.

According to my mother and I realized after that it was true, when I bite into a slice of pizza I squeeze my right eye closed (the side that I bite on). *shrug*

@Mi Mi: I have long hair and it does not fall out in the shower. O_o

I have super long hair right now and it does fall out in the shower, but not very much.

Anyway, not so much anymore, but I used to make up and recite stories out loud when I was driving places on my own to pass time.

When I'm really nervous about something, I start running my hands through my hair a lot.

When buying stuff I can't get the first one, I have to get the second in line.

I have to have numbers on volume either even or in fives.

I color coordinate things.

When I talk, I talk to the side (though I think it's because I have a messed up jaw, it pops in and out of place.).

I have a messy room but I'm rather organised at school (when I was in school) or other places.

When I get excited I flap my arms.

I have a lot honestly...

Ooh, your volume thing reminded me. I will never leave my volume at a number with "6" in it. I'm paranoid of that number and think it brings bad luck, so yeah. XP

I keep my car clean, but my room is kinda messy.

I'm just messy in general unless it's super important to me.

Just thought of another one.
I will NOT drink milk a week before it's expiration date. I just can't trust it because I've gotten too many mouthfuls of sour milk. >_<
