To all @Myfriends;

I have disappeared and have started to feel that itch to role play again. When this happens, I normally come back. Of coarse this time I have been away for more than a year. I feel that I should update everyone!

I got into a huge fight with a coworker at my job. I had just been given a full time position, and she felt I had not earned it. With out going into detail, that was my final straw with retail. The next day I went to school and signed up for classes. Just a summer math class, and I would go from there. Soon after completing the math coarse I decided to continue my schooling to enter the medical field. Respiratory care to be precise.

In one year I got every prerequisite out of the way. This meant working full time and going to school full time. I barely had enough time to visit my dear boyfriend. (Still don't really in fact... damn long distance relationships..) Wouldn't you know it, just before my anatomy and physiology class comes to an end, my program fills up... with ten people on the wait list.

But that was alright, I decided to generalize instead for the time being. You are now talking to someone who will be entering the medical assisting program come the fall. I actually over qualified for the program, making my first semester fairly easy! Only three classes!

So after waiting a few years before returning to school, I finally did it! I am so happy (and worried) I wanted to share it! Thank you to all of my online friends (And sam and Jen, who are my Disney Biffles) Without you all to keep my creative juices flowing I may have gone insane!

and to anyone else who reads this, Thank you for creating a wonderful community to come back to time and time again.

CONGRATS!!! That's really exciting to hear Triq! The whole going back to school thing, not the other stuff. Must feel awesome taking that next step in your life! :3 I always have huge respect for anyone who goes into medical fields. It's something I know I could never do.

sorry for the craptacular reaction to your promotion. it's sad when people can't be happy for others. but we're happy you went and signed up for summer classes and for coming back where you have friends who will always be happy when good things happen for you =3

We don't know eachother at all, considering I joined this site (for the second time) last night, but I just wanted to say congratulations. :) That is great! And I'm actually in the very same boat, with university studies starting up in less than two weeks now. Feeling a bit nervous! Second time to college/uni, one would think I'd get over it but urgh.

Anyways, congrats and good luck with your studies! :)
