I'm doing my grocery shop and like a good thrifty person I'm checking what's on offer in all deptments. So I don't end up in that RAWR situation of having to pay full price for some more laundry detergent or something, if nothing's on offer when I do actually need some more - and I see this!
This, I think, is a perfect example of not a lot of thought having gone into what to name a fragrance!
Winter Garden, huh? This meant to fill our minds with images of sparkly snow? (which, incidentally, smells of nothing). Has Febreze somehow managed to recreate that nose tingle from breathing in frosty air? (with many carcinogens and allergic reactions included free of charge). Or is this a fabric "refresher" that's going to make your sofa smell of mud and damp rotting leaves... Can't say I'm sold on this one Febreze, sorry.

I thought I'd come across the lamest names for products when I came across toilet-seat sanitizer called 'Pee Safe' and something called 'Poo-pourri' to make your poop smell less yucky and more like, um, potpourri I guess, but this is even lamer because it doesn't make sense.

Poo-pourri is a legit product, I think xDD At least with that the name is intentionally tongue-in-cheek.
I think I just have an issue with the way a lot of products in the cleaning category are named. >< That Febreze is just dumb, but when fabric softener's called something like Topaz & Magnolia...wut? Just what does topaz smell like when it's at home!

Better yet, they then misspelled their shitty name on that product listing!
I think I have a candle somewhere around here that purports to smell of snow. It smells of peppermint. Sure.

Ok, Febreze hooked me in in the end Didn't see this one before!
That had better smell bloody amazing, because if I've wasted £2 that could have been spent on 4 pints of milk and a loaf of bread then I'm gonna be

I can't stand products that aren't meant to be eaten that smell of stuff that's meant to be eaten. It makes me want to eat them. And I can't, and that's torture.
Uniplex: THAT'S SO CUTE XD do they understand English and what're their tears made up of? (I can imagine petrol wooshing out of the headlights of a car... but what if it got angry instead of sad and decided to run you over? O_O frogettit I dunno wat am saying.)

Pie?! What kind of Brit are you, HIM! -rescinds your citizenship-
I like food-smelling non-food (well obviously I guess, as I'm buying some xD) but only if it smells nice, and not sickly/cloying. I'm expecting this to smell comforting, but if it's gross I shall want to scream ><
My mum gave me a vanilla chai Yankee candle and that smells really nice, but I can't burn it for very long or it gets over-powering ><
