I'm a Scorpio, big surprise there, huh?

Berksey was born an Aquarius. She said that makes us an Aquarius. I'm not sure I agree, but we're integrated now, so yeah, I guess I'm an Aquarian Scorpio.

Chinese zodiac: Rat. Yup, nasty old rat in a water jar with a scorpion, that's my life in a nutshell. How surprisingly accurate, lol.

I'm not certain of my exact birth time, but I did some playing around with charts, and I think my rising sign is either Scorpio or Libra. Both sound pretty true to me. I don't know.
All I know about my birth time is "up in the day." Not very early, not very late. I don't want to ask my momma because she'll be all, "Why?" And then there will be days of questions I REALLY don't want to answer. And then she won't hesitate to tell the rest of my family about my interest in astrology, and I don't need all those questions in my life. I don't need all that attention in my life, either.

apparently my zodiac sign is Aries, my celtic Celtic astrological sign is Sorb tree, my Aztec sign is Ocelot, my Egyptian sign is Horus and my Chinese sign is Snake of earth. I don't know what any of it means, but its a cool snippet of useful knowledge to spout out at dinner parties ��

Lol, we share the same birthday, how inzane is that? did you know April 20th is the only ambiguous (is that the right word?) date in astrology, because its sometimes depicted as Aries, and sometimes as Taurus. oh, and we also share it with an infamous German painter. not that you needed to know that ��

I am still in the "astrology is BS" camp, but I was reading some stuff about my sign the other day, and it was making me laugh, because it was accurate but also really silly. I read about my best-friend-soul-mate's sign too, and about our signs in combination, and it was all really accurate in a funny way. ^^

I am a Taurus in the Western system (which I know more about) and a wood Dragon in the Chinese system.

I'm so confused. I thought I posted in this thread before? Or was there another thread like this a while back and I'm just remembering that, like the old I am.

Aquarius-Pisces cusp means you were born as the transition from Aquarius to Pisces was happening. Which means you would have traits from both signs. The early 20s in a month is usually labeled cusp territory. Some astrologers don't believe in cusps.

I wasn't very into astrology until I found out how complex it is. I want to understand!

@amane: that sounds about right. I'm actually a Feb. 16 birthday.

@Chex: okay well it's been this long lasting meme on tumblr where people make posts assigning attributes to the signs, make lists of "most" to " least " of something, and divide the signs into squads. They're almost all goofy or relaxed in tone. Here's an example:

Yeah, I've reblogged a lot of em. Mostly the goofy, but the relaxed ones too if the are ego - stroking enough.

Edit: oh, I forgot to add that I'm an otter in the north American zodiac and a rowan in the tree zodiac. I sure know a lot for someone who doesn't take this seriously. :/

Haha, even though I don't believe, I think it's fun to look up my sign in whatever zodiacs come my way. It's like collecting pokemon, but for my personality. :3

Another edit: okay, so this sent me poking around tumblr, and now I want to recommend somezodiacstuff. 1) they're a good example of the meme 2) they don't believe in it and readily admit to just making it up 3) (which is contingent on 2) they keep getting anonymous questions asking if sign a will go with sign b (and they answer every one "they'll go great together")/ they get a lot of angry asks saying "Omg that's not true about my sign at all!!!1!"

I love those squad posts. I try to understand for myself why each sign is in that particular squad when I see one.

I'm a Pisces, and it's usually pretty accurate.
