Well my zodiac sign is Sagittarius. I'm not so sure about the sun, moon, or rising. Any way I can figure that out? I've always been curious.

Your Sun sign is Sagittarius. The Sun sign is the one everybody talks about based on their birth date. It's who you truly are.
Your Moon sign is your subconscious. Your thoughts and emotions.
Your Rising sign is what you become when you interact with others. Some say it's a facade or mask.

For the Moon and Rising, you have to know your birth time and place (city). I don't know my time. All I know is I was born "up in the day." Not early, not late. However, I've learned a lot and I think I've guessed it pretty closely. The thing your birth time most affects is your Rising sign. If you're that determined to find out without knowing a time, you can look up info about the Rising signs and see which one sounds like you.

I use the birth chart generator on this site (scroll down to the blue box). You enter your birth date, time, and city, and it gives you a chart of where the planets were when you were born. You can click the symbols on the chart it gives you for info on what the placements mean. Your Rising will be marked as AC for Ascendant.
Also, there are other pages on that website that tell you more.

If you mouse over each symbol, it'll tell you what it represents. Notice there's a bar at the top.
The colorful symbols outside the circle represent planets. The symbols ON the circle are the twelze zodiac signs. It'll tell you which symbol's which sign if you mouse over it. The lines inside the circle are aspects, and I'm just starting to learn about those.
The numbers surrounding the circle are called houses. I'm learning those, too.

For your Sun, Moon, and Rising, you're looking for an orange circle with a dot, a yellow crescent, and a big black AC. You should have the orange circle in Sagittarius. Because you're a Sagittarius. You can click on them and it'll tell you about its placement. Whatever sign they're pointing to, that's what you'd say you are.

Oh man, I forgot how much Taurus was in my chart, haha. That site you posted puts my Rising right square in Taurus, and I also have Mercury and Jupiter there.

That site is interesting though, it's got some influences I've never seen before, particularly Lilith (Dark Moon) and Part of Fortune.

Yeah, Lilith and the Part of Fortune are mathematical points, not actual bodies in space. They're minor. Which is why you don't see them often. I'm not totally sure what they mean.

It shows the "___ Dominant" info regardless of what your dominant planets actually are. Which it doesn't tell you. You can have more than one dominant planet. I'm learning how to figure out what they are.

So you've got a circle with symbols on it, a mess of lines inside it, the numbers 1-12 outside it, and a mess of other symbols with lines coming from them, pointing to the circle. And next to THOSE symbols, there are XX° numbers.

If you mouse over a symbol and look at the blue bar above the chart, you'll see the name of whatever it represents. If you click, you'll get a box with a lot more info.

The symbols on the circle are the twelve zodiac signs.
The lines inside it are called aspects. They mean two items are related somehow because of their placement. Which could be good or bad.
The numbers 1-12 outside it are called houses. Each represents a part of life.
The colorful symbols pointing to it are planets. The grey ones are asteroids or mathematical points. Every one influences a part of who you are depending on the sign and house it's in.
The XX° numbers tell you how far into the sign a thing is. 0° means it just entered that sign. 29° means it's about to go to the next one. (The even smaller XX' numbers are called minutes, and they tell you how far into the degree the number is.) Unless you fall as deep into astrology as me, degrees won't matter much to you.

This is why no one acts 100% like their sign. They're so much more than that.

Didn't you say you're a Taurus? Then you'll find the orange circle with a dot—that's the sun—pointing to the brown loop-de-loop—Taurus. What that means is, your Sun is in Taurus. If I'm wrong, just look for the orange circle.
The big black AC on the left side points to your Rising sign. The sign you act like when you interact with people. It's marked as AC because it's also called the Ascendant.
The yellow crescent—the moon—could be anywhere. Whatever sign it's pointing to, you would say you're a ___ Moon. It means that sign influences your thoughts and feelings.

Sun, Moon, and Rising are the ones people care about the most.

I think you said something about the Sun is who you are, the Moon is who you are around others... and AC is... umm... that part got me confused.. (If I got any of it right)

The Sun is who you truly are. The Moon is how you think and feel. The Rising (or Ascendant, hence its marking as AC) is what you act like when you interact with others.

Aquarius, Year of the Dog. Those are the signs I know of related to myself.
