I've never heard of that but it might work. The vanilla might make it a bit weird but otherwise it's just a wafer.

I had MREs after Hurricane Katrina. Not the best.
I have never heard of vanilla wafers with cheese. I guess it's the salty/sweet thing, but I don't know why they would bake it.
