Do you know any boys who like to wear girls clothes and also like to act like girls to .Also boys who want to be girls .I guess there are many boys out there who like to dress and act like girls .

Mostly I would consider that someone who "wants to be a girl" is a girl. It's not about what you were assigned at birth, but what you identify as.
And yeah I do know a couple of trans women, and even a drag queen - a man who dresses as a woman but does not identify as such. I know a couple of trans men as well, people who identify as men, but were assigned female at birth.

Yes...my ex-husband liked to wear girls' hip hugger jeans....and tank tops.

yeah i know a guy who does. a guy is still a guy regardless of what he wears. He's my neighbor but hes really nice and we even had a class together. hes a good neighbor.
