Actually, if I remember correctly from the book I read a while ago, it means "Dawns Fire". The book was called "The Dragon Quintet" its a collection of short stories by different authors. One of them(where the name comes from) is called Joust by Mercedes Lackey.

On an unrelated note, Assassin now has a new camera! A brand spanking new Nikon Coolpix L110 for those of you who know camerararas! Its a nice little point and shoot until i get my DSLR after i get my car, so be prepared for a bunch of silly photos from me in the next few weeks while i run it through its paces to see how it performs! :P

Mhmm. I could never understand why people wear stuff just because its the "in" thing. :roll: Thats just stupid. Wear what you like and are comfortable in. I wish that more teens in school understood that. :no: I could never understand why they were always fighting so hard to "fit in" and wear the same stuff as the popular people. But to each their own, I suppose.

And she sounds like a funny friend. I give props to people that can just wear anything and be completely confident in it and not care if it attracts other people's attention or not. I myself wont wear very bright clothes, because I dont like people staring at me. xP;; Not a fan of it at all. D: Makes me uncomfortable. Which is another reason I wont wear very revealing clothes.

Yeah i did mean literal right lol. I'm the long with long red hair, and I'm really white lol.

I wear stuff that I got back in like high school just because it actually fits now. I just find whatever i think is going to look cute and wear that. There are some things i could never wear simply because I think I would look silly, like jean pencil skirts lol. But yeah those are my friends from high school, we hadn't seen each other in forever till this day.

Mhmm. I wear a few things that I use to wear during highschool, but I've been buying nicer things lately, and thats what I mainly wear. I just didn't have quite as much money during highschool, and my parents bought my clothes, so I tended to just choose less expensive clothes that were decent looking. You know what I mean? Also never had the confidence in highschool to really try wearing the stuff that I wear now. lol I'd never have worn leggings or waist belts or boots. Even though I love them now, i'd have felt self-conscious in them during highschool. :yes:

Suona: I completely understand. I was the same way with my parents I just got a couple simply things, but my dad is Metro when it comes to close. So growing up and seeing him look really fashionable, I knew one day I would get out of my tomboy ways. Once i had my own job I started buying stuff myself. I still got amazing deals from shopping over seas, and Conways is a great place for cheap amazing clothes! I like to look my best, but I'm still boyish at heart.

Our welding teacher would always laugh at me coming in to work on a project, and I was dressed like I should have a desk job. It's just who I am though. Completely random! lol

High school is never a good time for kids, once you get out I think we really come into our own and stop caring about what people think. At least to a degree, and just wear what we want.

I think it might just be a random language that the author thought up...or it could be an actual language, Ive never actually looking into, or really thought about it.

Kah: You are pretty! And I love your makeup! It takes a lot of confidence to wear makeup like that so well. I have a friend that will do bold stuff like that and, I honestly can't. I just don't think my face was cut out for it at times lol. Every once in awhile I'll do something bold that will actually look good.

I also wish I had long fantastic hair like yours, mine just never seems to go past were it is now.

Ohhh thanks ♥! I thought I was doing subtle make-up :rofl: Makes me wonder what you'd think of what I'd usually do for a walk at the mall kinda moments :P And ya know what? Using glasses helps. What would usually look too bold and even whoreish, is toned down with the glasses making the bold make-up look classy. It's a strange thing, but that's how it seems to work for me! :lol:

Also, that's funny considering my hair is short compared to my classmates :XD

Kah: Yeah, I don't wear glasses, and they look silly on me. My sister has an awesome pair, I just wish she would wear makeup lol. She's pretty, but makeup changes everything. That and I love color so I like to do her makeup, but she never lets me lol. I have a shot coming soon, that is aqua and green, I'll have to crop it to show you lol. Once it comes back to me.
