AAAHHH! :D It's so cute!
Pythons are adorable!

McNugget 12-22-2013 11:12 PM

I named him Cornelius [=3]
I'm thinking after I have him for a while I'll get a milk snake or corn snake just to have more than one!
Maybe a milk snake.... Or another ball python if I want to be THAT BORING... Since the friend I got the snake from says corn snakes are apparently great escape artists!! [lol]

Suona 12-22-2013 11:22 PM

I like the name Cornelius :) You should give him a tophat. Pythons are cute with tophats. [yes]

Disappointed Nuggets, but understandable at the same time.

~LONGCAT~: Not for windmilling, but headbanging yes! Many is the time I've left a pit barely holding my own head up because it feels about to fall off!
WORTH EVERY SECOND!

If I catch a workmates covers band I'll sometimes get up and headbang to a bit of ACDC or something (which is the hardest stuff they play) OR, I'll get up and headbang to a completely inappropriate song, like Gimme Head by the Radiators or something lol! Most of the crowd that show up are not even alternative, so to see some big 6 foot metal head stride up to the stage and start head banging for a full song (or better yet one of their medleys!) gives them quite the show. His new band was certainly surprised when I did it the first time! I'll see if I can find some pics.

And found the ones of its final length before I had it cut about a month ago, maybe more.

Oh my gosh! I should totally do that!! [lol]
I can make one out of construction paper~

DropBear - Damn, bro. Your hair got even more epic! How long is it now though?

Drop Bear 12-22-2013 11:38 PM

Its about 10 inches maybe? Possibly more even? Havent measured it. At its peak (no pun intended) the tip was exactly as tall as I could reach above my own head. Hence why I had to get my GF to help me put it up (took her 2hrs) and had to get another friend to drive us because we couldnt take my ute, and my GF was without a car at that point too. I squeezed into the back seat on my own and they took the fronts

Suona 12-22-2013 11:39 PM

Isn't it adorable? Bowler hats are cute, too [yes]

Okay, so here is my hair. It was hard to get any good pics because I was taking them with my webcam on my laptop and it doesn't take the best pics and I had to run over after starting the time [lol] I didn't get any good non-blurry pictures of it from the back that truly show how much there is. When it's all spread out, you can't see my back at all and then there is still more to spare xP

HOLY SHIT BALLS! Thats enough hair to make faux-beards for 10 girly men! [lol]

McNugget 12-22-2013 11:49 PM

Damn bro! Is that why you got it cut? [lol]

Woah Suona! that is some epic hair! It puts mine to shame!

Drop Bear 12-22-2013 11:58 PM

hahaha I wish. Naa, was just too damned hot in summer. Still is, so I want to get more cut off yet.

McNugget 12-23-2013 12:00 AM

Why not just find a creative fancy way to make it so it doesn't bother you too much? Like what this girl did to her hair. I'm guessing the gel in your hair doesn't stick well so it mats itself down?

Drop Bear 12-23-2013 12:14 AM

Its all hairspray man, nothing else.

Also, I just found this! I dare McNugget: Suona: and anyone else with long hair to have a crack at this!

McNugget 12-23-2013 12:21 AM

Oh gosh! I think I got to try this! [lol] Ohh wait... I don't know how to curl my hair. [XD]

~LONGCAT~ 12-23-2013 12:50 AM

Drop, you have a ute? *fangirls* I want one of those so bad but I don't think they have them in the states. Which makes me sad. I just don't like the huge monster SUVs we have here, I want something manageable and hella useful. Pontiac was in the process of making one when the car companies wen under some years back, and Pontiac folded and disappeared. So no ute for us, other than the El Camino, but that's not a real ute.

This was my hair just about at it's longest, it's evil and tries to turn itself into dreadlocks when I'm not paying attention. This was also before the metal show me and my girls went to see in Albany NY during college. That was so much fun, total sausage fest, I think we were the only girls that showed up sans boyfriends. XD

Drop Bear 12-23-2013 01:47 AM

The El Camino is a ute. Its pretty similar (other than the old school looks) to current utes. Never had anything but a ute, and never want anything else!

This is my first ute, an old WB Holden 1 tonne.
http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y24...SMDC0006_2.jpg

And now I'm driving this thing. I dont like it. Its a styleside ute (like an El Camino) and Im not such a big fan of those. Prefer the 1 tonners with the flat tray.

This is what Im looking to get after the new year.

~LONGCAT~ 12-23-2013 03:08 AM

Aww, that is a sweet ride. I have a soft top Cabrio right now and its a pos, only kinda works. Muffler fell off three times.
People around here call ElCaminos mullet-mobiles. I like the utes that look like bitty trucks. :3
I've seen customs like the one in this video that were just so neat. 1998 Subaru Outback Legacy Custom Truck - YouTube
And I loved all the different styles you guys got in Aussie/Kiwi land, Fell in love with them when I went there for a visit.

Drop Bear 12-23-2013 03:57 AM

Shit, i'll sell you mine for $1000 lol! You can drive it around when you come visit next!
No, I wouldnt do that actually, wouldnt be that mean that to you haha! I take next to no care of it, and me and my mates are surprised its still going with how rough i treat it lol!

Looks like youre into the little 4cyl utes, like the proton and the jumbuck. Upwards from there is the Bravo, courier, hilux, tritan etc. I prefer something with at least 6cylinders, preferrably 8, which is what Im aiming for now.

steelmagghia 12-23-2013 05:31 AM

Awww, what a cutie. I used to have a corn snake, but I'm awful at remembering to feed something that doesn't need it twice daily. Lukas is now a classroom snake for a middle school. He's spoiled rotten, it's adorable.

McNugget: My corn snake only ever got out once, and it was my fault for not completely closing the cage top. I had a locking top, though. He had a legit set up. Corn snakes are pretty different from ball pythons though. Love both, but corns are really active. Lukas was super personable and liked to be with and on people. He would poke is head out any time anyone came in the room. I miss the little guy...let's see if I can find a picture.

Oh and Suona: you are stinking gorgeous! And I love your hair! I don't have the patience to grow mine out. Mine is at my waist now and I'm soooo ready to donate a good sixteen inches. I'm just waiting until summer because my hair is my climate control for winter.

McNugget 12-23-2013 02:23 PM

D'aaww what an adorable corn snake!

~LONGCAT~ 12-23-2013 04:19 PM

Drop; Yes! Those little things! Big vehicles intimidate me, and I even drive some of the diesel trucks we have at the park, I just feel like I'm going to crush everything in my way. D: But the positive is that those monsters can't really get stuck in the mud gulleys that get carved out during storms.
I want to get a ranger job, so to me a ute is the perfect vehicle. And I've been driving small to medium sized cars all my live.

Haha I'd buy it if I was going back! I was only there once and we never left Sydney I was pretty upset about that. Wait we went to the cliff mining thing with the worlds steepest rail cart. We went there too, I saw a Sulfur Crested Cockatoo.

Drop Bear 12-23-2013 04:58 PM

Sounds like the Blue Mountains/Katoomba? And those bloody cockatoos are pretty common too. Of an afternoon, you can see them in a big group at my parents place flying around before they roost in this big gum tree up the street.

A ranger would be a cool job. You'd certainly get to use a ute then!

Why thank ya! He was about five feet long when I rehomed him. He is really just the sweetest, most gorgeous little guy.

Thank you very much, Nugget. ^^
I kept saying how much I had, but I figured you guys wouldn't really understand until I showed you. [lol]

As awesome as that is, I think it'd probably take way too long with my hair. lol It's so hard to separate it and keep it separated with how long it is. Perhaps I'll try it sometime, though. If I do, then I'll definitely share it on here.

Awe [oops] You're too sweet, steel. Thank you. [heart]
I love my hair, too! :D I do and I don't, I guess. It's a doozy to deal with, but I think it's pretty being so long and it makes me unique. I'm also a sucker for all the kind compliments I get at work. They make my day. ^^

Yeah, that's what I did last time. I grew mine to my belt and then cut 14 inches off. And now I've grown it back out further. :D I was growing it again to cut it, but my hair use to be straight until that time I cut it. As soon as she cut it off my hair kinked up, and it's been wavy ever since. Now I worry that if I cut a bunch off again, that it's going to really start curling. D:

lol I feel you. I sometimes wrap my hair around my neck like a scarf [ninja]

steelmagghia 12-23-2013 10:15 PM

I like the waviness, though. I know straight hair is "in" and all that, right now, but I really have always preferred wavy or curly hair.

Suona 12-23-2013 10:18 PM

Snake pictures! :D
I'll share a recent pic of one of our snakes with you guys. She actually went to sleep in the second picture! @[email protected] I had to stand there for quite awhile with this big heavy snake taking a nap in my arms. I eventually just kneeled down on the ground and cradled her like that until she decided to wake up. [lol] She's such a good girl

---------- Post added 12-23-2013 at 02:19 PM ----------

@ steel - Oh, I think the wavy is prettier, but it's also more annoying to try to deal with. [yes] It's a bugger to brush out and it tangles really easily
