It is, actually. Thanks for the article, it's very interesting. I was rather concerned about it going very high with squats, because I've always had rather week legs, and 60 squats is a bit much for me. [lol] I had actually been contemplating earlier today if I should break them up throughout the day. But it also doesn't say if you should do the 8-12 reps consecutively or gradually throughout the day or how much of a break to take in between. Do you know? I'm really just trying to work on my legs. I already have a big butt. [lol] But it could probably use some sculpting here and there, too. [yes]

I shouldn't post it in here, then?
There are a couple different ab workouts I saw, but I'm just following one for now. Thus far it's not hard, though. But I already have a strong core, and just wanted an extra workout to do than just my legs so that I don't get bored. [sweat]

JChanOfTheCan 01-06-2014 09:21 PM

do you squat with weights in your hands or just loose? [:P]

PrincessKasumi 01-06-2014 09:26 PM

Can I please have your hair? D: Clock?

Suona 01-06-2014 09:46 PM

I do it just loose. Like I said, my legs are weak. >_<

Knerd 01-07-2014 12:13 AM

A little bit of weight can go a long way. 60 squats is a lot for anyone so doing 10 high quality ones at a time will not only help you feel less weak, but it'll get you more benefits in the long run. More strength, less exhaustion. [yes]

Those squat challenges are just one of my pet peeves. I love working out, so it's always frustrating to see people killing themselves with programs that don't follow through!

Anybody else want to join in? I'm doing a squat challenge and also an ab challenge. [yes]

I would love to join you, but belly dancing is pretty much all I can handle right now! We start back up tomorrow and I'm SOOO deconditioned from the flu.

PrincessKasumi: I'd prefer to keep the magical hair,
but you can make your hair look like mine.

Thanks for the heads-up. I'll give it a shot [yes] I'm also really asthmatic, so I was concerned about the higher numbered squats.

Understandable.

Oh no. Are you all better now, at least?

steelmagghia 01-07-2014 04:00 AM

Yeah, still have a cough, but those always last forever anyway.
But ten days of not being able to move kinda kicks your stamina in the face.

Oh thank you!
Its a shame you cant see the flappy parts.

Oh dear goodness.
Ive been wearing glasses for so long and i dont remember the name of the part that folds over so you can close them.
Lmao.
I know its not flappy parts, but oh well.

Are they hands?
xD

Anyways, they're a copper color and a light blue.
And i love them

steelmagghia 01-08-2014 03:49 AM

I wore glasses from 7th grade until college when I had my eyes fixed, but I don't think I ever knew the name of those things. Arms? I don't know either! Hahaha.

Boobical_Ribs 01-08-2014 03:51 AM

Now i dont feel as slow.
Lmao

steelmagghia 01-08-2014 03:53 AM

Haha. No worries. I guess it's just not something that's important to know as a wearer of glasses.

McNugget 01-09-2014 12:12 AM

Boobical has nice blue eyes!!

Drop Bear 01-09-2014 11:39 AM

So I realise I havent posted in here in quite a while. I figured I should change that today, since I got a haircut. The mohawk is essentially gone now, replaced with a more manageable top knot.

Drop Bear, love the two tone thing!

McNugget 01-09-2014 11:57 PM

Looking good bro! I miss the mohawk though.. That was like, your signature look! [XD] But the top knot looks cool! [yes]

PhantomLolita 01-10-2014 04:03 AM

The two tone is definitely sweet. I've wanted to do it for years, but always just do the underside or streaks instead.

steelmagghia 01-10-2014 05:04 AM

Just got the pictures in from the belly dancing recital. This one is one of my favorites. LOOOVED the scarf dance.
