It is, actually. Thanks for the article, it's very interesting. I was rather concerned about it going very high with squats, because I've always had rather week legs, and 60 squats is a bit much for me. [lol] I had actually been contemplating earlier today if I should break them up throughout the day. But it also doesn't say if you should do the 8-12 reps consecutively or gradually throughout the day or how much of a break to take in between. Do you know? I'm really just trying to work on my legs. I already have a big butt. [lol] But it could probably use some sculpting here and there, too. [yes]
I shouldn't post it in here, then? There are a couple different ab workouts I saw, but I'm just following one for now. Thus far it's not hard, though. But I already have a strong core, and just wanted an extra workout to do than just my legs so that I don't get bored. [sweat] |
do you squat with weights in your hands or just loose? [:P]
|
Can I please have your hair? D: Clock?
|
I do it just loose. Like I said, my legs are weak. >_<
|
A little bit of weight can go a long way. 60 squats is a lot for anyone so doing 10 high quality ones at a time will not only help you feel less weak, but it'll get you more benefits in the long run. More strength, less exhaustion. [yes]
Those squat challenges are just one of my pet peeves. I love working out, so it's always frustrating to see people killing themselves with programs that don't follow through! |

Yeah, still have a cough, but those always last forever anyway.
But ten days of not being able to move kinda kicks your stamina in the face. |

Its a shame you cant see the flappy parts. Oh dear goodness. Ive been wearing glasses for so long and i dont remember the name of the part that folds over so you can close them. Lmao. I know its not flappy parts, but oh well. Are they hands? xD Anyways, they're a copper color and a light blue. And i love them |
I wore glasses from 7th grade until college when I had my eyes fixed, but I don't think I ever knew the name of those things. Arms? I don't know either! Hahaha.
|
Now i dont feel as slow.
Lmao |
Haha. No worries. I guess it's just not something that's important to know as a wearer of glasses.

So I realise I havent posted in here in quite a while. I figured I should change that today, since I got a haircut. The mohawk is essentially gone now, replaced with a more manageable top knot.

Drop Bear, love the two tone thing!
|
Looking good bro! I miss the mohawk though.. That was like, your signature look! [XD] But the top knot looks cool! [yes]
|
The two tone is definitely sweet. I've wanted to do it for years, but always just do the underside or streaks instead.

Just got the pictures in from the belly dancing recital. This one is one of my favorites. LOOOVED the scarf dance.
