I'm not really certain. It can happen with a hard sneeze or a cough, or if your blood pressure shoots up for some reason, or even with some medications.
Annoyingly, it takes about two to three weeks to clear up. So I'm going to look like a freak and have a weird feeling in my eye for a while. It's a shame this didn't happen closer to Halloween.
