I think it's a thing for some people to call people skinnier than them skinny. I've seen it a bit here and there. It's an odd thing.

and by that, I don't mean too skinny. I just mean when I think of the word skinny, I imagine someone being skinnier than I am

Well it helps that I never really made friends nor contributed to that social media thing. I'm not a fan of selfies or looking at myself in general.

i don't take selfies very often. But when i do, its because someone else asked me to, or I'm actually feeling happy with how i look one day and want to save that memory for looking back on when i'm beating myself up over my appearance.

I've never been happy with how I look before. o.o what's that like?

I've never really had any self esteem. Anything school didn't take my parents took away. So really unless there's something on my face I don't even bother.

The Wandering Poet, you often have so many nice things to say about other people that you deserve the same. Of course I don't know you personally, but you're such a friendly figure here on Menewsha, and I love seeing you around the forums. In fact, I will sometimes join in on a conversation simply because I see your posts in that particular thread. I appreciate that you're always sharing your interesting opinions and perspectives on various matters, and I also admire your willingness to share about yourself. I think you have a good sense of humor and are respectful and understanding even when other people's opinions might differ from yours. And I've observed your empathy and helpfulness when other Menewshans have life issues and concerns. All I objectively know about the real life you is basically that you live in Washington, you work as a pharmacy technician, and now, that you have a skinny physical build, but I'm sure the way you are on Menewsha is a reflection of how kind and open-minded a personality you have. Oh, also you have a long distance girlfriend who is really sweet and sent me some adorable artwork the other day.

I have always found myself rather different from most people. I don't care of someone's opinion differs from mine and often i embrace it because it's the only way to learn. But, the only way to understand those who are at rock bottom, is to have been there yourself. Some people just set up shop and don't leave.
