YES! Lol. That was always my favorite thing to try and do, except they'd never exactly work and when that happened we'd try creating another one. x3

We even made weird symbols for letters and everything, lol.

They never worked because we could never remember any of them without looking at the paper. XD Then we'd forget how to pronounce them.

Or if we did remember them then we'd try making sentences and they just wouldn't work because we had insufficient words. >-> Whoops?

Well, we did use the paper for a while... but it looked a bit strange when you're trying to talk in a way no one else knew and they could just look over your shoulder and translate it anyway. o-o

Actually we'd talk about things like boys we liked and whatever other stupid thing we could think of. Because it was cool in 4th grade.

I used to do that, but it would be just between me and my twin brother. I think that's how Al Bhed got it's start...some guy being bored, and making a language up.

I used to do this all the time with my brother.

We would spend days writing down and making up a language for us to use. But then when we actually went to use it we would forget most of it.

So we ended up making words up on the fly. Which of course didn't work very well because we couldn't understand each other. Fun times.

Yeah, the randomness was quite fun at times.

I know that it had to look funny to people looking at us.

Because we would speak what was essentially gibberish and be gesturing at each other trying to get them to understand what we were actually saying.

@ 13 phones: Yeah, we did make up a writen language also. It wasn't the best in the world but it got the job done.

But I had the hardest time keeping all the letters straight. I should have stuided it a lot harder. My brother was much better at remember it than I was.

Too bad I can't remember it at all. It would be so much fun to try and use it again.

Yeah, it wasn't a complete failure and it was a lot of fun to do.

No, but I iwsh I had my own language. That would be so cool, just to have in a tight circle of friends, then nobody would know what you were talking about. Me and a few friends used to have a code... but I forgot how it worked... it was something about switching the 2nd to last and last letters and the 1st with the one which was 2nd... or something like that XD

They teach a made up language in school.
It's called French.

I used to have a total Star Trek geek as a friend, she had the dictionary and could talk that language fluently. O_O
