My real name is Kacee and it gets so annoying from time to time because it's such a popular name. In one of my classes a few years ago, I kid you not. there were at LEAST 4 others girls that had the same name (different spelling of course) and there was one guy with that name as well. It was Hell in that class. D: So that's why I go by Kisa/Violette (which is my great-grdma's name) now; whichever name people prefer to call me. :3

There's been someone with a fake name in front of me (they messed up the ticket) and they question ME for 10 minutes--all about my name. He was chasing her around, and Daphne asked her father, the river god, for help, and he turned her into a Laurel tree. Interesting story. There is also a Greek Cafe named after me! Hehe. My real name and my screen-name are one and the same. Jamilee Nicole. Jamilee, I was surprised to find, actually has a meaning. Apparently it means 'Beautiful' in some european language. I found this funny, because my dad named me after Jamie Lee Curtis, and just smashed her first and middle names together to make my first name.

My real name is Alina (U-lie-nu) and I was named after a mixutre of my Aunt Alvina and my Godmother Alina (Aleena)'s names. My name means noble. I sort of like my name because I haven't really found anyone with the same name that is pronounced the same way. My real name is Danielle which means "God is my judge". There really isn't any significance to my name except that my father and mother both have names starting with "d" and my dad liked Danielle since it includes his name Dan. If I was a boy I would have been named Derek, though I'm not sure how they would have spelled it.
I'm not really sure what I think about my name... I think it's okay really but I've always hated that the only nick name that seems to go along with it is "Dani". My Dad's really name is Danny so I get really annoyed at being called that. >.< |
