  • Yeah, I've seen some people like you :]. I don't think you have to belong to any religon to just believe in God. Not everyone can fit into a certain religon. Haha xD. So true. Our youth pastor was telling us, "You can't just come in, all holy on Sunday and be completely different Monday through Saturday" >___<. I'm not though, if anything, I'm the meanest, nastiest, and openly hate church on Sundays >>;;

    My youth pastor actually asked me why I seem so bored and whatnot at church. And I said, "Well, 'cause I'm forced to" and I put my headphones back into my ears and listened to some more music on my iPod =D. Ehh, I'm either chatting with my friends or listening to music there.

    Oh my gosh, love the saying =3. It made me laugh x]. And so true.

    I know belief and love for God is the most important thing of Christianity, but I'm not sure if just that makes you a Christian. I think asking for forgiveness and whatnot makes you a Christian as well. I hope so, I hate some of the rules D<. But some of them, I would follow anyway (that you shouldn't have premarital sex). But the thing about God not wanting people to be gay, I don't think is fair :S. I support gay marriage, I'm straight, but I still think gay marriage is just as good as any straight couple =]

    I remember that prayer. I took it when I was like five or something. I pray everday though. When I eat (blessing the food) and before I go to bed. Or on special occasions like at a funeral or when someone's going away to college and stuff like that =3

    I do ask God to forgive me ^^;; Like when I screw up seriously bad or when I just think I have the temptation to. I pray I won't fall for it xD

    Hmmm. I remember lust, gluttony, greed, envy...Shiiz. I only remember those four D<. Well, I'll edit this later if I can remember x]

I'm a Christian and I do alot of the stuff you stated you do. I still know I'm Christian becuase I believe in God and I follow the Bible.... well I try to at least. I have accpeted God into my heart and I allow Him to do what He will becuase I believe it.

All the Chrsitain relgion is about, is just believing and accepting the Lord Jesus. We can commit all seven of the deadly sins and all, and we can still be Chrsitain. Just becuase it's a sin, doesn't mean we aren't Christian. God sent His only son to come and die for us, so that we can have a relationship with Him, so that we can ask for forgiveness.

    Oh okay. My cousin takes theology too >___<. Yup, it could've all been definently bull. The entire bible. That's where faith comes in. It's when you decide whether if it can be proven you'll only believe it or if you just get the feeling that there is a God and trust the bible is truth. That's why most non-Christians don't read the bible >>;;

    Well, nowhere does it say "Don't flip people off! You're going to hell for that! D<" but yeah, I see what you mean. And no, I won't repent for flipping someone off. Not if they deserve it anyway. And if I flip someone off, I'm fine with them flipping me off right back. So really, I am doing to others as I would want them to do unto me =]. As odd as that may have sounded xD

Although my family classifies me as a certain religion, I don't believe in it at all. I mean, are we not supposed to dress a certain way, speak a certain way just because a religion. No, not God, a religion says so?
I really, don't think so.

I mean, I don't want to go in depth on religious views because its really none of my business.

Honestly, I don't know if that makes you Cristian. I pretty much don't have an religion. I guess you could say I'm Agnostic. 'Cause that the closets to any of my beliefs.
I don't worry about having a religion or anything.
I believe that there is a God. It may not be the one in the bible, and it may not be the one in any other country.
But I know, for a fact that there is some God out there.
I do believe in afterlife, and spirits. I don't think everyone goes to heaven, and I believe in incarnations.
I think this is Hell, but there is a Devil. Angels are real, and so are ghosts and demons.
Yeah, I know. THe way I think is screwed up. There is no actual religion for me I guess.
But I'm not a bad person.
I'm nice to everyone whether they are nice to me or not. I'm friendly, and I don't curse too much.
I give, and I help. I say gosh, not Go*.
I don'tgo to church though, and I've never read the bible.
I feel so many things that are in it are too hard to believe, and it kinda makes me stay from a lot of the religions.
I hate those people who say "oh you don't think God in the bible is real, you're going to hell"
"You have no religion? That's bad. You're a horrible sinner"
If my parents found out what I believe they'd be so angry.

Sorry for rambling. Just be what you want, and if people don't think you are wat you are, they can suck a monkey.

Christianity has nothing to do with the way you act (tho you should really try harder to make over your life and follow the word if it is what you truely believe)

Christianity is really a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Yes, people can accept the Jesus into their heart and still sin, it's imposible not to sin. That's why he died for us, so that our sins may be washed. However That doesn't mean that you should purposly go out sinning because you see him as a safety net.

Hell, there are so many Christians who don't follow the word. There are even ones that blame their sins on God (many slavic christians I know to be very homophobic) They'r not justified by doing it and some would question how christian they really are but...I totally don't know where I'm going with this anymore...lol.

Anyways, my point is sin is sin. It is Jesus that washes them away.

Hey, don't put down all christian music man, listen to the band Showbread and I swear, they're awsome! They're raw rock.

Anyways, not all of the christian bands just sing about god. Many of them have very normal songs and it's just safe music. I have a few "christian" bands that I really adore. I mean, I don't listen to the fish or anything, i like jack fm myself, lol, but i go to these concerts with my friends.Haha, my friends actually have a screamo christian band and it's awsome! I love them with a PASSION. too bad I can't scream or growl or pigsqueal or anything, it'd be cool to join them.

I don't know. Are you Christian?

Christianity is, literally, believing that Jesus died to absolve mankind of sin and striving to follow in his example of tolerance, love, and obedience.

Church doesn't have anything to do with it, outside of providing a general community with which to interpret the meaning of 'following the example.'

So, if you try to be a forgiving, compassionate person who believes in the ultimate existence of God and the sacrifice of Jesus, then you are Christian, regardless of you worship habits.

You aren't not (oooooh, my brain hurts from saying that. o-o) Christian just because you don't follow the bible exactly.
If we followed the bible exactly, we'd be double crossing ourselves all the time...and nothing would ever be done.

I'm a Christian but I do some things that are sins. I swear, I lie sometimes, I have sex with my boyfriend (I have been with him for two years and we are engaged so I feel that it's ok), I don't care for church, I have hate for certain people, etc. I still feel like a good Christian because I feel I'm usually a good person and I have a lot of love in my heart for God.

I don't consider myself as having a religion, though my family is Christan and they force me to go and it's a mess. But that's not the point. ( But I do believe in a higher form of being, that's why I'm wanting to try out different churches)

I believe in the duck rule: if it looks like a duck, sounds like a duck, and acts like a duck, it's probably a duck.

If you really believe you are a Christan then you probably are a Christan.

I think Christianity is a load of crap. (As well as most religion.)

You can kill, yet if you confess your sins and apologize to god, you can get into heaven?


The meanest and cruelest people I have met, were Christians.

I'm sorry, but I am predjudace against christians.
That's just how I am.
I've had to much hate from christians.
Too many of them telling me I'm a sin and I'm going to hell.
Too many of them threatening to kill my best friend because he is gay.
Too many of them screaming "FAG!" at him, telling him he is sick and he should die.

And they think they are the good ones without sin and that they are going to heaven? HA! They should practice the little good that they preach.

These are a made up Catholic thing - they are not in the bible.

Although wrong, not a sin.

You do sin, but not half as much as you think you do. And all human's sin, it doesn't mean you're not a Christian.

I don't think it's a problem as long as I'm not doing it at school or anything :/ . Of course that isn't a sin xD. It'd suck if it was X.X . But sometimes they'll talk about Hell and how they want to be there and whatnot. So that's the only reason to why I put it >___<. Hmm, I know what you mean. I can't stand my current church (although I haven't gone in weeks) but I like some other churches =3. Yuppers, everyone lies in there lifetime. Some more than others, but hey. That's reality y'know?
