My girlfriend and I used to pass notes back and forth throughout our schooldays. She would write that ninjas would follow her, and I would tell her that I had a crew of pirates that would take care of those pesky ninjas. Eventually it was revealed that I was half ninja, half pirate..
Then we went out to eat this one time, and I had to carry everyone's cheesecakes out to the car (Cheesecake is the most delicious substance on earth, so letting me handle all the cheesecakes was a stupid idea). I told my girlfriend that I was going to pillage all the cheesecakes, and that I was a cheesecake pirate.
Turns out I'm half ninja, half cheesecake pirate. Raaawryum

I didn't post the story about being a half ninja, half cheesecake pirate for my health :3 Just because something doesn't have a "discuss" tag on it doesn't mean there's no discussion to be found. I could have said "I ate an apple once, and it tasted like an orange." The thread would then go on to discuss the orange-tasting apple, and/or perhaps other fruits that tasted like other fruits.
Discuss ninja-cheescake-piratism or relative stories. I hope spoon feeding isn't required :[
Being placed in the General Discussion forum, one would assume that whatever was written in the first post would be the topic of the thread, wouldn't they?

:P That seems like quite an interesting way for you to earn a nickname. Mine among my friends is 'Panther'. The Panther is my favorite animal and I'm convinced that I'm a Panther, which is why I got the nickname. I also pretend that my alternate personality is named Panther. She is! She really is!

My Nickname is Patty the Pixie, or just Pixie. It kinda started when my friend heard me sneeze (I don't know why he hadn't before then...silly) and I sneeze kinda like "......choo." It's pretty high pitched, also. He said that it sounded kinda like a fairy. My other friends surrounding said that I was to evil to be a fairy, so they settled on Pixie. I'm also pretty short at 5'1", compared to my guy friends who are, at the shortest, 5'7"
Therefore...Pixie fits. *grin*

Ninjas own.
Pirates... they're... okay.
I have a few nicknames like, alien, pyro, mime, Meg who fears not. Alien and pyro pop up the most, seeing as I take lighters everywhere, and alien is what they call me at summer camps. I don't think ninjas and pirates should be put in a similar category though... They were formed during a COMPLETELY different time period, it's like saying nazi-caveman cherry pie [which I hate]. Or samurai-viking steak. As for the cheesecake, I loooove cheesecake. I usually don't like cheese, but cheesecake is an exception ;D

As far as nicknames go - I guess Stuffies is my only one - I hate being called Stefie and so stuffies somehow evolved.

I earned the name of 'turkey' once. I did a great turkey impression so my friends said, who whitnessed it. Out of a moment of hyperness i did it and it reduced them both to hysterics on the floor, but after that they made me show it to everyone.

I have been given one of the best names ever:
KimmychuckieeggbeefnoodleWooThethirdofNottingham.
I love having creative names like that. But that one is by far the best i've ever been given =]
EDIT: I think i'm going to explain this because it doesn't make sense on it's own. I really don't remember how they all got pieced together but my original nickname was KimmyWoo.
This came from my best friend at the time who was called Lozzy Lou (nickname). Anyway, we both had a thing for chicken noodles and we would always have some. But one day we tried the beef noodles and really liked them so she added that to my name.
The chuckie egg part is because i found it hysterical that that is what she called scrambled eggs. And that got added. And i really don't remember the third of nottingham bit =/ So yeah, that's my story.

It's all about pop culture. Pirates were made popular by Pirates of the Caribbean, and ninjas were made popular by Naruto. I've always had a fascination with both before the pop icons, though. If I were to choose more titles, I'd be 1/4th ninja, 1/4th pirate, 1/4th werewolf, and 1/4th immortal.

Erm, I never had one of those at all. xD I do have nicknames based on my own name. My friends will usually shorten it to like "Dee", "Deeds", "Dee-Dee", and etc. xox;
But my friend earned her nickname Tin Can! xDD It was during class three years ago and me and my other friend was talking. I have no idea what the conversation was about but I forgot. My friend was like, "I don't think she can." And my other one was sitting there, didn't hear a word suddenly went "I'M NOT A TIN CAN!" We burst out laughing. xD And from then on, she was nicknamed Tin Can.

My middle name is Elizabeth. One day, I had a crush, and I was writing him a letter (actually, I got a friend to write it, but it's a totally different story). So, we were thinking of a code name in lieu of "secret admirer" or something of the sort, and my friend just wrote "Lizzie" derived from my middle name.
Well, Lizzie has stuck and spawned into many a name. Liz is for short, but then I get called Lizard (sometimes with two Zs -- Lizzard), and from that has spawned Gecko (yeah, like the little lizard) and then Geico since it's related with the whole "Gecko, not GEICO" scenario involving the car insurance company.
My friends used to call me Coke for some reason (cause I drank it all the time, plus, it uses parts of my first and last name to spell it). Marina was my Spanish name, and my Spanish teacher still calls me that sometimes.
Can't think of any other names I've acquired. . .
Stormy, obviously, because of my screen name.
And that's about it. :o

Mmm, cheesecake is the bomb. I always remember the Family Guy episode where someone threw a cheesecake in front of the ladies from The View, and they went rabid. XD
I don't have much of a nickname besides the abbreviation of my actual name, which I've always gone by, but once my friends and I started giving each other some.
I was Crazy Dragon Tiger Munching Cheerios or something.
It's because I was wearing a Cheerio shirt and dragons are cool. Plus this guy on the bus (whom we dubbed Lumberjack) called me 'Crazy Katie,' joking that I'd probably become a serial killer because I'm so quiet.
That's the closest I've gotten to cool nicknames. =P

That'd give one a split personality. Ninjas and pirates can't live together as they dislike one another x.X But...you're both? I wonder how that would play out in ones daily life >>;;

My nickname at the moment is Slurt
It's a really simple story but funny to I guess.
Two of my friends and I where sitting down in the lunch room and I can't remember what we were talking about but we got onto the subject of school girls and how they were sluts and all that. Anywho sometimes when I am really tired I start combining words and when I tried to say that I was a bit of a flirt it came out as Slurt.
Ever since it has been my little nickname that they use for me.

Hmmm, being immortal would be fun!
I liked pirates before pirates of the Carribean, I was about 9-10.
Then Pirates of the Carribean died violently when the 2nd one came out.
So I went over to the other side, not only that but I am a narutard :B

My nicknames are: Bouncyangel, hampster and squirrel. My best friend gave me the nickname bouncyangel, because my hair was bouncy, and my teacher called me an angel. My teacher gave me the nickname hampster, because I laughed like one, and my school mates gave me the nickname squirrel, cause my hair tied back looks like a squirrel's tail.
Quaint Sheep - I loved the second POTC.The third wasn't so good, still good though.

My nickname name is a variation on my real name which isn't very exciting but pleasing to me none the less. I also have the name hunnai, which is very pleasing to me as my best friend also shares the same name. :)
I love the whole ninja, pirate debate and knowing which side people decide to support, the only thing worse than the opposing side is a person who chooses neither and doesn' understand the whole pirate ninja rivalry in the first place. :P

I got the nickname “Pixie treat” because a friend of mine and I were roleplaying and I was a pixiemon (yes, Digimon) and his character licked mine and he said I tasted like pixie treat after that. So that kind of stuck. Kiwi also stuck due to a joke with a bunch of my friends and I.
