Recipe for StormRose's Random Pasta

Cooktime: I...don't know...>>;;
Servings: However manyyou need it to cook for...
Ingredients:skinless boneless Chicken breasts*, italian breadcrumbs, Canadian Fishfry(best stuff in the world), small bowl of milk/egg/or water, pasta of choice*, 2-3 sticks of butter, parmesan cheese*, mushrooms(fresh or canned).
How to made:
Start the noodles.

If chicken is frozen, defrost. Cut into bitesize chunks. Put chunks into the milk or beaten egg. Once dipped, bread the chicken in a blended mixture of the Italian breadcrumbs and the Fishfry(flour can be used instead)

Melt 1 stick of butter in a skillet and add the mushrooms. Sautee those, and then add the chicken. Add another stick of butter if necessary. When the breading is dark golden brown, turn down heat and add parmesan cheese.

Drain noodles. Return to pan.

Add another stick of butter to the skilletalong iwth whatever seasonings you enjoy, and when that is melted, pour into the noodle pan. Mix that up till it looks even. Might want to add more parmesan cheese.

*Use the appropriate amount for who you're feeding. You know how much you eat, so use the appropriate amount with the noodles and chicken. I use 6-8 chicken breasts and a whole box maybe two of fettucine. I use three sticks of butter to feed six. If you like mushrooms, but the amount that sutis you. Same for the cheese. If you don't like butter that much, i htink you might be able to do it on less. But the point is, it's all about how many your feeding...

Recipe for Amazing Pumpkin Cake of Amazing!
Cook Time: 35-40 minutes
Servings: It's 2 cakes or 1 2-layer cake. Um...10? <.<
Ingredients:
* 2 cups sugar
* 1 cup vegetable oil
* 4 large eggs
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 2 teaspoons baking soda
* 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 2 cups pumpkin puree (yay, blenders!) or (cooked) mashed pumpkin
* 1/2 cup chopped pecans (not recommended for those with nut allergies <.<)
How to make:
  • Put sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs in mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Sift the dry ingredients into a different bowl and then pour it in with the oil/sugar/eggs and mix well.
  • Stir in whatever bit of pumpkin you're using. The batter's very, very thick.
  • Pour the batter into two greased and/or floured round layer cake pans (9-inch is best, I think. any smaller, it may overflow. any larger, it may be really thin).
  • Bake at 350° F for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Let it cool completely on a cooling rack (or plate, anything that is cold.
  • Frost the cake with whatever you want (make sure it fits with the spicy pumpkinness!) and sprinkle on the nuts (or not!). If you plan to make a layered cake, you just have to ice the top of one cake, put the other atop that, and then frost the sides and tops of the whole thing. :3

    If you only want a single, non-layered cake, split the ingredients in half, durr. x3

Recipe for Crockpot Beef Stew!
Cook Time: about 4-6 hours
Servings: 4-6 good sized helpings
Ingredients:
About 1 lb of cubed stewing beef (extra lean)
16 oz package of mixed veggies
16oz package of frozen potatoes (tater tots work well)
1 bottle of V8 ( I likeSpicy for a little kick!)
Beef granules
Seasonings to taste ( I use garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Basil)

How to make: Brown the beef in a frying pan over medium heat and season with meat with your choice of seasonings. While meat is cooking prepare the crock pot: put 2/3’s of the bag of tater tots in the bottom, then the whole bag of mixed veggies on top of the layer of tots. Then the browned beef goes on top. Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of beef granules on the top of the layered dish and pour in about 1/3 of the V8 bottle over the mixture. Cook on low heat in the crock pot for about 4-6 hours.

Really very simple and soooo good!
