Was I ever when I first started playing gaia.. I was so clueless, I didn't even know that the monthly collectibles existed for the longest time.. it's almost funny know when I look back on how stupid I was.

I started with Gaia, but I like the way you customize your avitar. I have been kind of frustrated with Gaia lately. I'm sorry I know my spelling is terrible. :oops:

I've never actually been a 'noob.' I've been a newbie to places, but I've never done the begging for gold or items. D:
It's not in my nature to do that. I would have felt horrible and guilty had I ever tried. x3X Not saying those of you that did are bad people, in fact, most of you are probably wonderful people. n3n Everyone starts off differently, and grows, and keeps growing. Although I did used to hang out in some of the newbie threads back on Gaia. The Adopt a Newbie, Adopt a Family, and... hm... the last one was just a general hang out for people. n3n That's how I started off, until the Chatterbox on Gaia got flooded with the 'lawl boobz' topics. D: There I go. Rambling again. Gah, I really need to stop that. >_o |
I was a newbie, as i am now, but i grew up online. :P i was never really a noob per-se, though i was in role plays that were terribly nooblike. :P

I have never acted like a n00b, it always annoys me when I see topics and topics of nothing but begging and now this new n00b scam filling the threads, its just grr.

Well, it depends. I think I was when I was around 11-12 and on neopet. But I took a break after than and sort of grew up. I don't think I've been a noob since.

I don't think I was every a noob I was a newbie but I never went around pretending to know everything or begging off people. When I role played I generally used proper sentences and I never really learned chat speak (other than the ur and w8 stuff). Though if you call that noobish then yes I was a noob for a few months when I started gaia.

Not realy I read the rules at first so I dont make mistakes.
Sure I have made mistakes but I fixed them before I seriously messed up and learned from them. |
I was, but i was definately a polite newb x'3 I've always been scared of stepping on people's toes, so i approach new things very cautiously. |
I was a complete n00b when I first got the internet a few years ago.
I remember the very first forum I joined, a Final Fantasy one. x] Yep, I spammed, spelled atrociously, posted stupid forum topics, got into pointless fights, got temp-banned. Hehe, I hope I've improved! I was never a n00b on Gaia though, or anywhere else. It was pretty much my 'training' forum, I behaved on there eventually. ;] |
I've been on different forums and chat apps for...8 years now. I've never been a true 'noob' in my own language.
But I got frequently labeled as such on Gaia Online, people loved to bash me for whatever reason possible, seeing I was dressed in Peasant's gear and I was so naieve and polite O_o;; |
I don't think I ever was a "noob". I was a "newb" though. But I've always tried to make literate posts.
