Why is it that when I'm Victoria's Secret, half of their panties say stupid things like "Sexy" or "Angel" or "Kiss Me"? I don't think my boyfriend is trying to get into my pants for some reading material. :x

Its just so that when your walking around the house with your boyfriend or husband there, lounging about, they'll be more attracted to looking at your panties.

If my boyfriend isn't looking there already, he's clearly asleep. :| Or dead.

Maybe if their underwear tells them they're sexy, they start to believe it? o.O

What do they say? Most of them take themselves way to seriously...I don't need underwear that announces I'm sexy or anything...I should hope my guy would already think so without a pair of panties advertising it, you know?
I just think it's so silly. XD

Yeah. It's dumb. My bras say stuff on the inside, but the style is the only one that fits me, and they're on the inside, so only my chest is getting reading material there. I mean, it was that or leopard print. I hate that place now. All the measuring ladies are at chest height, too...

Most of mine are too, but I always need to skip over otherwise-nice underwear because I'd feel like an ass if my crotch were saying "Kiss Me!" And somehow the ones without writing always cost more...
Maybe it's a marketing scam. :o

Self-esteem boost, maybe?
I prefer my panties to have no sayings on them, though. Haha.

I don't know why underwear has things written on them
no one is going to see your underwear so why bother well people might it all depends on what person you are or if your married or have siblings who search through your underwear drawer
sure it makes the underwear look cute but why does underwear have to be cute that makes no sense to me at all

Yeah, a lot of my bras have some tiny text somewhere declaring that I'm either "very sexy" or some sort of wireless "angel". ¬¬ I don't mind that so much; no one's reading what's written under my arm, thank God...
I have yet to buy a leopard print bra...though they don't bother me too horribly. O_o I don't know why...

Well...honestly, my underwear has been getting pretty frequent viewings since I hooked up with my boyfriend...but I still think it's ridiculous.
I prefer my underwear to be sexy over cute anyway...I can look cute on the outside. :D

Eh, I have panties that say random stuff on it. My favorite panties have "PERV" written on the butt. I love 'em and you really can't blame me for loving them. But yeah, I understand the weirdness in someone trying to read your panties. Some people think they are cute, other think its annoying. I just like panties if they look good and they are comfortable, and if they have a little writing on them, that sometimes makes them look better.
While on the topic of random stuff on panties.... why have panties without crotches in them?Or thongs; what the hell is the point to them? Point to any of these things is... Nothing. There really is no point other then to 'look sexy' or 'be cute'. Honestly, I don't have an issue with any pair as long as they are comfy. But hey, they are just gonna come off anyhow.... And that leads me to ask this question... what is the point of cloths? Especially in the beach areas and what not, where cloths are more like a burden then anything.

Ergh...I just don't find anything sexually appealing about having words on my crotch...
Honestly, I think I'd sooner give myself an enema than wear "rockstar" panties. O_o

XD I think I could deal with your PERV underwear...they sound pretty funny.
I've always assumed the crotchless ones are for...easier access...though I've never bought a pair. I wear thongs with my dress pants because they're usually light-colored and tight in the ass, and I have a bit of a pet peeve with VPLs. I suppose my boyfriend thinks I wear them because he likes them, but...well, let him think that. :D

I suppose that's probably why...it's a little sad then...
I've seen them that say crap like "Just Married" or "Anniversary" on them too though...and those just crack me up. Unless I'm in Vegas, we better both know we were "just married". XD

All I know is thongs are for those who wear really tight skirts, pants, or w/e. it's so you don't have an underwear line. Some chearleaders are required to wear thongs to get rid of this line, well used to, now they have the lollies or w/e the underwear they make for it is called.
