how confident are you?
 

I'm not that confident with people offline, but I'm friendly to people. I tend to whisper and look down, but when I do talk I'm upfront and kind. Online I have a better chance to look over what I'm saying before I say it, and I appreciate that. I can do that in real life, too, but I end up responding a little too late, and with a little too much depth for a simple conversation.

I guess I don't really have any hangups talking to people either online or in real life. I do tend to be a tad more opinionated online as most people are, but overall I'd say it's about even.

One nice thing about talking to people online, though, is that you can get a much wider field of opinion on a subject. It's not hard to find people to discuss something from another part of the world, whereas in person you're more or less limited to a very small demographic.

Of course its easier to talk to people online than face to face.

I believe that I am more confident online. I think it's easier to talk to someone over the internet because they can't harm you or anything.

Talking to someone in real life is not that easy for me. I don't really like talking to strangers because I'm afraid of what they might do. It's really a matter of trust with me

I have no problem talking to people on-line I mean...they're most likely never going to meet you or anything. But at the same time I have no problem talking to people in person...I'm generally a very outgoing person. :P

Yeah, i thinkt the fact that you can't get beaten up on the internet plays a big part to it too. Sometimes if you run up to a stranger and say hi they could easily just punch you in the face xDDD

I can hardly talk to people in real life. I have a severe case of foot-in-mouth disease. x__x;;
I mainly post on forums like this because I get much more time to think about what I say. The fact that I don't really know the people I'm talking to makes it a little easier.
I guess on the internet, it's not really a judge of appearance, it's a judge of intelligence. And if I can think about what I say, I sound a little more intelligent than if I just blurt something out in real life.

When I was younger, I was pretty shy. Online chatting is fine, but I prefer talking to people directly. Otherwise, I start to feel like I live in a cave.

Lately I've been a real confident person. I don't even know why, but I'm as open as the doorway to Hell, now.

I guess I am confident in a way. I don't mind talking to people I don't know outside but only if they talk to me first. Of course you get nervous asking about anything when your in a shop because you feel stupid. I'm most confident when I'm online though. I find it weird though how people can get bullied through texts or messages online.

I'm more confident about talking to people online, until there's a misunderstanding. And then I'm totally lost because I usually have no clue what they misinterpreted--I can't see how they reacted to each part of what they said, I only see what they chose to respond with.
