As much as I love all animals. I'm going to have to go with the cats/kittens. I have always been a cat person. At the moment I have 2 dogs, and three cats.

I kinda love both depending on the breed of puppie. Some puppies I find adorable and just too cute, others I wonder what happened to them. If I had to choose, it would be kittens!

I love both dogs and cats. Each have their own special characteristics that I like about them. Dogs are very playful and warm hearted. The thing I like about cats though is that they come in soo many different varieties . I really love fluffy cats that have a sophisticated look to them and I really love black cats. With dogs I love Labradors and sheep dogs. They're so adorable~ Right now I only have one dog named lucy that is a Labrador retriever.

I like both. All four if you count adult or 'child' in either. Cats are very affectionate if you treat them right, kittens are playful and fun to confuse. Dogs are great exercise partners if you get the right kind, great guardians. Puppies are a blast to play with and cuddle.But.. If i had to choose one or the other... I think I would chose a cat, as they are better for indoor or out.

Cats in general are also a lot better at caring for themselves. You can set a dish of food, a dish of water, and a clean litter pan out, then leave for a couple of days with no worries.

I prefer the canines. Cats you can't cuddle as much, plus I am allergic to them. I love my 3 doggies though <3 Espicially my 2 pits<3 They are so full of characters and for big ol' teddy bears.

a cat or a kitten? That one is a no win for me, I'm not really keen on cats period. I've had lots in my life but they aren't my first choice. I don't think having a dog is right in an apt so I opted for a fat furry cat who greets me at the door and acts just like a dog. So I guess I still win. I much rather have a puppy then a kitten. They are so much cutter and playful and they create a bond really quick, where cats are still snobby. I'd much rather have the dog then a puppy. Puppies like to chew on everything, an older dog wants you to keep on loving it so it tries to behave more then a puppy would. |

I have never known anyone with a cat that attacked a person that was totally harming its owner, so I'd have to go with dog, for loyalty.

If I could have either a puppy or a kitten I'd get a kitten. I've always wanted one, but never been allowed to have one because my father loves dogs. Also, kittens seem easier to raise and train to behave than puppies. Sure, puppies can do more things like tricks, but kittens won't bark at everything. (Puppies may chew up furniture, but kittens will claw up furniture just as happily.) I'd rather have a full grown dog than a puppy, and rather a kitten than a cat. But all things must be raised, and all things must age. Puppies are well worth the training it takes to make a loyal companion, but I've grown up with dogs. And now, I think, its time to have a cat.

I have a dog. He's so cute. ^.^ I'm allergic to cats. So I like dogs better. Besides, dogs tend to be active and playful, while cats tend to be lazy and unactive. Kittens are cute, but they grow up and start hiding under the bed everytime company comes over. XD That's how most of the cats I know of are. Also cats seem to be mean most of the time. They like to hiss and claw at me. So, dogs are a better choice for me. They are more friendly towards me. ^_^ My puppy sure is a handful and has a lot of energy. Taking care of him is like a never ending chore, but I love him so much. He makes me laugh due to his hyper activity. He's quite the entertainer.

I have a cat. ^-^ Shes so cute!! My cats kind of strange though. She's always stealing my socks and putting them in her basket. Im not sure why...but she's always done this. This summer I bought her a pack of socks to play with. It was funny how she rolled around in her basket with them.

I would get a hairless cat and dog, Because I dont like using a vacuum. and I find them much cuter in an odd wayyyy. xDDD

Our kittens were instantly litter trained. although they're not very sociable, the do all the work themselves. And that is a winning quality |
A cat! I like them a lot better than dogs because you can cuddle with them and stuff and you don't have to take them outside to use the bathroom. *-* |
