oh my god thsi is like the unanswerable question for me

i love both and yet i have a small fear of both

if i really had to answer it would have to be a puppy because they are alot more active with the owner
i dont know if this is just from personal experience but most cats seem to me very independent and i would want a pet that i could be fully involved with take for walks and things

plus i think dogs are at the top of the chart

not to say i dont want a cat or kitten but if i went out to get one or the other i would buy a puppy first then perhaps after letting it settle get a kitten

i have never had either of these as my parents are strong on the subject
the only reason i got my pet rabbit recently is because i bought it without them knowing so then my mum had no choice but to bring it home and after my dad saw i was attached to her
he couldn't do a thing

except threaten us with the old "its either me or the rabbit" thing

but hey I'd choose the rabbit every time lol :lol:

Oh, my mom is actually thinking about getting a new puppy! I would love to have another puppy in the house, but what I really want is a kitten! I've been longing to have one for a long time!

I already have a cat and a dog, I love them both. But I say I'd want a kitten more!

I would definitely rather have a puppy/dog instead of kittens/cat.

I'm just more of a dog person. ^^

My heart melts whenever I see a kitten! I love cats, there just too cute. ^__^

I'm a bit afraid of dogs, so I don't think I could ever have one. Who knows? Maybe I was a cat in a past life? xD

I have five cats.
And one of them is a kitten.
I don't like kittens.
(I know, I know, I'm a freak.)
But cats are nicer and less noisy.

It's annoying when you want to get to sleep, but eventually you get used to it.

I have one gorgeous dog already, a very sweet and cuddly rottweiller.
I wouldnt trade her in for any puppy in the world, even tough, more rottweiler puppies would be welcome <3

Kitty's hands down ^^. I like my kitty, Kat but she's rather insane as most kittens are. Climbing up anything and everything, knocking things over. Still she's cute.

Then theres Kato, insane thirty pound kitty who's proportions are weird. Same with his little cat brain. Here we go, Kato is from the Pink Panther and attacks Cluso whenever he enters his house because he was ordered to. For Kato is the guys servant. That should tell you a bit about him.

Cats rule, always. And I don't care whether its a cat or kitty.

PUPPIES!!! All the way. I actually just got 2 of them...and I love em' to death.

I rather have a cute puppy if i have a choice but i already have 2 dogs and 2 cats soo yea

I'm not a great fan of dogs because they always smell bad when they got wet. We had a dog until last year and he was pretty much annoying most of the time.
Of course I liked him and all, but I just like my cat better ^_^

Little kittens have to be one of the absolute most adorable and cutest things in the whole world.
Whenever I see little fluffy cute kitten I begin to squeeeee >o<

Cats of curse. I nly had cats and they are adorable. Thse animals ar both not too big and not too small. They are smart and independent, what makes them really special.

I like dogs way more then cats, even though kittens are a bit more cute then puppies, I've always liked puppies more. :P

I love both, although Cats tend to scratch, bite, and stink up the Room.

I would say neither. It's simple--I'm allergic to both. Dogs I can handle if their fur is short and the house is kept extra clean. For all general terms, I can't have cats or dogs. *sob*

I'd rather have a cat.. As for the cat or a kitten.. A cat because it'll already be trained. Kittens are cute though <3..

Though I wouldn't want a kitten mainly because if it was a girl, and went into heat. It's soooooooo annoying. She doesn't stop meowing. And she makes really weird noises. It's very annoying, and kind of hard to fall asleep when your cat is rolling around on the floor meowing like a maniac.

Kitties. 8D They're just so adorable. I like dogs, but my mom would probably never let me have a pet dog. :[ She doesn't like them too well.

I love kittens but, unlike puppies, they make me sneeze.
Training puppies can be a chore (we have two dogs).

So if it's my choice I'd say kittens, if it's my allergies', it'd be neither.

Id probably get a few kittens and raise them together into cats. We got our male cat first, and then a few year later we got our female. They nearly killed each other.. Dx
So I've decided that when I get cats of my own, I'll get them all together, so they can grow up together. xD

Hm, I guess it depends what kind of dog! I only like dogs if they're really small and furry, otherwise they're just kind of blah. On the other hand, cat's are a bit boring... so a dog I think! :o

I'd get a shih tzu and name it poop and a kitty and name it kiki. haha..

this is a pretty diffecult question for me because i love both. but i think i would prefer a kitten over the rest of them. there so fluffy-wuffy adoribible <3 <3 (sorry i'm just weird like that...)

but at the same time i love puppies, labs and corgies are my favs. labs especally, something about them is just so cute. they have such a cute look in there eyes. i think that dogs are up there on the cuteness scale. just under baby rabbits and kittens.

I want a puppy, I have 3 cats and they make me want a dog since these ones are particularily annoying ><
