So.
This is my last year of high school...(Well I'm coming back for a 13th, but I'm still graduating)
And this year all you hear about is, post-secondary, OSAP, scholarships, bursaries, applications and more.
And so, I thought, being eccentric, like I am.
What are/were your plans for post-secondary education?

I went from high school to a community college to gain my Associates Degree and get a transfer scholarship to the college I really wanted to go to. I studied computers in bother colleges and got a nice scholarship to help out with tuition (turned out to be more than half the tuition after everything came together).

It was only in my last year of college that I decided to go on to study for my Masters and then PhD though because I wasn't too keen on staying school any longer but to become a professor, I really needed at least a Masters.

I'm going to college. It's never been a question for me. I want the best life I can have, and to know as much as I can. I hate not knowing things, so it's really important for me to accept any chance I can to learn. I'm still in high school, and I do internships as part of my school. I think it would be a huge mistake for me, personally to skip that.

Absolutely no clue whatsoever! Which isn't really a good thing . . .

I am currently going to college. I'm in a program that will last two years. After graduating, I might go back to college for another four years if I want to advance in my field. If I'm comfortable where I am, I might stay.

I'm from Australia, so our system is a little different. Mainly people over here talk about getting into university, doing a trade or bumming it for a year. I decided to go to a government run college called TAFE to study aviation to become a pilot.

[size=9]I think now would be the time to tell my plans...being the thread author and everything.

I'm from Canada, we have several options, University, College, Apprenticeships, and work place Entry.

I plan to go to University for 5 years to get my BEd/Ba (Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Arts) which is concurrent education and qualifies me to be a teacher in Ontario,.

Good question.

I'm a junior right now but everyone around me is a senior deciding their future.

Where does that leave me?

I want to go to a college/university to either California or stay in state (FL) - or I might get a full scholarship from an ivy school! (yea right... but hopeful?). I know I want to pursue a school that offers prelaw.

oh well, when the time comes... hope it wouldn't be too late. ^ ^;

I'm in my last year of high school too.

I'm currently putting together an art portfolio, with which i'm going to apply to a few art colleges.

i'm hoping to study either illustration, photography or fashion design :]
