I eat kind of healthily, but not really.

I often have breakfast, which is cereal with milk, and I have a sandwich with either fruit or carrots for lunch. Dinner is often a tv dinner--I try to stick to Lean Cuisine, but sometimes it's other stuff.

I have a weak spot for sweets though, and so most days I have at least a small snack of chocolate.

Everytime I have the chance, I go and eat healthy food. For example, when my family and I go ou tot eat i make sure I order a salad. And if my fridge isn't filled with just soda I drink water, juice or gatorayde (I think that's good for you, last time I check it was). But if I'm really hungry, like lets say I forgot to eat breakfast and pack a lunch then I come home, I eat anything I can find dispite how unhealthy it is, unless it's McDonalds. I try to avoid that place at ALL cost!

I never eat healthy but i try. When i go to the store i always try to get things that i like from the brand Kashi. Their granola bars are really good! =q

I try to. Like, I try to make sure I'm eating my fruits and veggies with all my meals and stay aways from greasy foods. But I really should lay off the sweets.

I do it. I've been doing it since I was in 6th grade and there's nothing hard about it. I'm a vegetarian, pretty strict, I eat organic only. I never drink sodas because they make me feel sick. Anything with sugar makes me feel sick, I just can't take it. It's just the way I am. I could never eat junk like everyone else does. I'd feel horrible. e__e;

I've never actually had any horrible eating habits.

Too much salt/sugar makes my tongue and throat hurt, plus my mom doesn't buy a lot of junk food.

I've just started eating more healthy foods recently. When I get home, I'll eat a cucumber or kiwi, apple, etc.

The school district has also started restricting what the schools can sell, and they're trying to make vending machines healthier.

Instead of candy they have Sunchips, or oatmeal cookies. And they no longer sell pop and energy drinks.
Those have been replaced with flavoured water and low calorie drinks.

i need to eat healthy as i have high blood pressure and thyroid problems and i'm pre diabetic. I'm trying to give up sugar and my favorite cookies and potato chips and all the good things that are bad for you. everything that tastes good is bad for you that really sucks. I don't eat fruit and very few vegetables. so what is left
salads yeck maybe I'll just starve myself (only kidding)

I think I eat pretty healthy. Too much junk food makes me sick, and I'm mildly allergic to greasy food, so I don't eat that stuff very often; usually only at Birthday parties and such.

Mum only buys junk like, once a month thank God. Our whole family is pretty healthy.

But I love All Dressed Ruffles chips. And Starburst. Those are the only junk foods that I could eat forever.

@dreamerice: Geeze, I'm sorry to hear that. You should try going to Trader Joe's, or Whole Foods, or Wild Oats, if there are any of those places in your areas, they have healthier foods.

I'm a vegetarian so of course I eat healthy! I don't eat innocent animals so I'm not getting all that disgusting saturated fats, cholesterol, and hormones that you carnivores are getting.

I try to eat as often as possible yet it usually only turns out to be once a day. I try to eat healthy when I do eat but that only happens sometimes :P

I try to eat healthy while I'm young, so as to not develop any fatal diseases or anything that can harm my body in the future. I don't eat red meat at all, and I rarely eat chicken, fish, turkey, etc. I try to eat a good serving of vegetables and fruits a day. I have also lowered my sugar and fat intake.

Not everything that tastes good is bad for you. . . like sweet potatoes!!

I have a habit of eating mostly healthily. I must have at least a small serving of vegetable/fruit at lunch and dinner every time, and I tend not to eat execessive amounts of sugar. . . (hopefullyxD) but lately I haven't been doing so great.

Well - not ONLY fruits and veggies, for dinner I have whatever my grandma cooks for me. :3
(You know, Rice, Curry, Chicken, the home-made stuff. :3)
The only junk food I allow myself is maybe a cube of Hazel Nutt Chocolate, or a bowl of dry Cereal, or (this is my guiltiest pleasure) a small dessert bowl of just plain peanut butter. :3 (I love the taste of it plain..I can't help it!! D: Its so fattening but soo tastey!! >.<)
Sometimes when I'm really in the mood for junk food and there isn't anything in the house I'll just sneak off and eat one of my dads sugar-free popsicles. >;D
Bad me.
Personally I much rather have an Apple then a Bag of chips. :3 Yay for healthy eating!!
