I use to use herbal essence's body envy shampoo. That stuff smells good.
Now, I use some shampoo called radiant reds, because I'm trying to keep my hair from fading too fast.
I normally don't use conditioner, but I'm using the conditioner that came with garnier's 100% color hair dye. It smells really good and it makes my hair really soft.

I use aussie right now, but I do still have some herbal essence shampoo...LOL

I got one of those Herbal Essences shampoos and conditioners the other day. I think it's called dangerously straight or something like that. I don't like it as much as the old ones though, it smells nice but not as nice as the others. Doesn't really help my horrible excuse for hair straighten out either. xD I was using Pantene before this. It didn't work very well either, but those are the two I usually bounce back and forth between.

I usually go for what a shampoo does first, but if it smells crappy, I'll look for one that does what I want it to and smells nice. I don't think I've ever tried to flip my hair like the women on the commercial. o.O

I smell like cinnamon when I step out of the shower 'cause of my body wash. It's supposed to be rose coconut or something like that, but it smells nothing like that and very cinnamon-y to me. I love it. Oh, and ice cream rocks.

I used herbal essenses a couple of times. it tends to really make my hair feel dry though so i stopped using it. I shamoo and condition twice ever shower (unless i'm in a rush). I tend to go by to desiding factors when buying shampoo... and one of them isn't the smell :P. I go by what's on offer and what type it is. i like repair and protect stuff. seems to work the best.

I... Don't shower too often. Erm.. i just use that shampoo that is clear and takes all the residue off of my hair.... Good stuff. I usualy have to ash my hair a couple times even a few every time I wash it, though. haha.

I use Citresoft shampoo and conditioners. I don’t trust many shampoos or conditioners because of all the chemicals they put into them. I also don’t use anything with animal derivates

I tend to pick shampoo by price more than anything, I do want a nice smell too but, smell doesn't tend to stick around so why put out a bunch of money for something that smells really good? I pick body wash the same way, I usually get suave which has some really nice scents but doesn't cost too much. Last time I bought it my daughter picked out berry scent.

When buying stuff, in general, I go for the cheap and functional, and shampoo's no exception. It's usually supermarket own-brand anti-dandruff shampoo for me. Simple, affordable, and it keeps my head clean and free of flaky bits, and that's all I want.

It's just annoying as it comes in tiny tiny little bottles that has enough for two uses maximum, so I have tons of the little bottles taking over my bathroom o_o

I like the Suave brand. But then again, I've never really tried different brands. I probably should next time I have to buy shampoo.

I had an allergic reaction to herbal essences... I broke into a rash and swelled up. But my favorite shampoo is the John Freida for brown hair. It makes it super glossy and soft. John Freida in general rocks.

I remember when I was at my hair-dresser, I read this sign that a lot of shampoo's are thickened with regular table salt, which dries out your hair and makes it brittle, so even though it is normally more expensive, it's important to look for shampoo that doesn't have sodium laureth sulfate. Even types Tres Semme don't have it. So yeah... that's what I base my shampoo selections off of.

I never used herbal essence, but I've seen how bright the ads are in the magazines... colorful.
I use head and shoulders(2 in 1) or dove - I pick the Head and Shoulders according to what I felt I needed - but I usually pick ocean spray since I love that smell. I tried that green one once though.

I use head and shoulders (lol) the citrus breez one that helps deek dandruff away and removes excess oil from my hair, and i use V05 conditioner, strawberry champagne becasue it helps my hair keep it's color longer when i dye it (i've been going gray since i was 10), it also makes my hair feel smothe and gives me a little more controle over my natrual wavyness
