Has your body ever done something that it feels like you can't control? Something weird that just annoys the heck out of you? What is it?

It's really hard for me to take pills. I guess because I think I'm going to choke or something. As soon as I put one in my mouth, no matter how small, I freeze up. I forget how to swallow. It makes absolutely no sense. How can someone forget how to swallow? xD It takes me like three minutes to force my mouth and throat through the movements and by that time the pill has partially dissolved and tastes disgusting. At least it isn't as bad a liquid medicine though.

So what are some weird things that you do that make you feel like your body has taken over and you can't control it?

I can't eat mash potatos for some reason..O.o

I use to have the same problem with pills. Just put it in a spoonful of apple sauce and swallow. Always works for me :3

My forehead seems to scrunch up without me even realizing it. My mom will sometimes walk by my an put her hand on my forehead and tell me to relax or else I'll get wrinkles soon. I honestly can't tell when I'm doing it or why I do it >.>

that used to happen to me the pill thing >.< but then i got used to it and just drank it with a simple glass of water that always helps :3 i cant really think of any others oh yeah when my dad makes rice i cant eat the hard rice at the bottom it tastes gross if you call that one xD

And I frequently get both indegestion and the hiccups at the time. Which sound funny in theory but it's painful and you can't breathe.

Oh my goodness, I have the same problem! I can never get a pill down my throat without crushing it or having it partially dissolve. It's annoying but this is what I must do until my Mom decides to buy liquid medicine.

Oh I do that too. It's awful, because I live right next to a nuclear power plant, and if it has a meltdown, I'm screwed. I'd have to take a KI pill to avoid getting mutated/dieing, and they're huge. I can't even swallow Children's Advil...

I have this thing about people talking about gross things when I eat. If they do it my jaw snapps shut and my throat closes off and if I had food in my mouth I have to force it down my throat, the whole time feeling like I am going to be sick.

My problem is that I absolutely hate liquid medicine, even worse than pills. Unless it's bubblegum flavored, I usually just puke up liquid medicine. ;.; I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place, it seems.

This was quite a while back I was on this fanfiction, free for all site along as it was about the subject in general. Basically just a bunch of fans just talking about their passion.

There was this one post, I was like those funny lists that go around the web as emails. It just went on and on and I just couldn't stop laughing. But I can't remember what it was about.

I use to have trouble swallowing pills. I find that taking them with something helps. I normally take a bit of food eat it then pop the pill in my mouth take a sip of my drink and then swallow the pill and the drink together. Then I take another bite of what I am eating. I have to eat something with my pills if I don't then I can still feel it in my throat, even thought it can't still be there.

I can't sit still.

I have a problem with laziness. Whenever I plot myself in one spot I won't move until i force myself to. If i sit on a couch I won't get up no matter what! My body just wants to sit there forever! D< Even if i'm starving, my body just won't move at all >_O maybe thats why i have stomach problems..I'm always hungry but too lazy to make anything to eat..

Recently, I've discovered I can't drink lemonade. It's like my throat closes up and I don't have any allergies, so it's really weird.

Also, sometimes when I choke or something, I forget how to breath afterwards. It takes me like four seconds before I gasp for air.

My friend ( Hinata_Cries_In_The_Rain ) will start randomly crying when she's not on some freakish medication she takes...xD If you see this Hinata...IM SORRY!

Yes it is. I had it happen once when I was really tired and hadn't taken my anxiety meds so when I tried to take them I ended up have a panic attack cause it felt like my throat was closing up.

I dont know if this counts, but I tend to like always have the hiccups. It makes no sense to me, and the wierd thing is, as soon as I say something about them, they vanish!

It has got to be hard not to be able to take pills, I sometimes have a similar problem myself.

Sometimes I feel the need too crawl in a small dark space, i go into a trance like state and fall asleep under my bed or in a closet. Do you know what it's like waking up under your bed freezing cold...It's not fun }:

At random times and places, my muscles twitches really fast and it feels really weird. It's strange seeing a section of your leg or face moving without you actually moving. @[email protected] And it's actually embarassing if say you're doing a speech in front of the class or talking to someone. It doesn't happen often, but it happens often enough. XD
