I was drinking everclear last night, and I don't even have a headache this morning. A hangover is caused by dehydration. Drink lots of water and it'll go away. You're better off doing it before you drink, but it'll work at any time.

Uh, well i know this from when my parents get em xD
But take a small drink of alchohol, but it has to be differentm from what you had the night before or so, This will make your body ignore the old alchohol, giving a small feeling of relief, but right when you drink it, munch on some celery and drink some tamato juice :]

Yeah, and the dehydration makes you're urine smell like cat pee in the morning...

I find that the purple "revive" vitamin water works wonders - you rehydrate and it has lots of vitamin B which helps as well.

The best think to do is to drink a pint of milk before you go out drinking because the milk lines your stomach and you don't feel quite so bad after drinking alchol.

sorry it's not much use for curing this hangover though.

good luck solving the problem.

I've only had one sip of alcohol in a pina colada.

So... yeah.

I agree with Nathuram, best way not to have one is by not drinking your ass off the night before. If someone does end up with one, though, best thing to do is sneak up behind them and set off a firecracker or two. It won't help *them* any, but it's funny to watch.

I heard that pepto bismol in a strawberry banana smoothie is a hangover cure.

The only way i know is to make sure your in quiet b/c sounds will make it irretated or well it does for my head lol. Darkness usually helps to and drink lots and lots of water and try to get something in the stomach you wont feel like eating but it will start working soon after. I know i had a bad one on day and this all made it better!

But yeah. Hang overs suck.

So if you don't want one. Don't drink a lot or don't drink at all.

=D

My cure: Sleep right through them.

When I drink the night before, like, lots of margaritas. (My weakness)

I just don't wake up before one the next day, and wala. No hangover. XP

Oh, man. Tequila AND salt, it's no wonder you get a hangover. Margaritas are a "somtimes" drink, not an "all night" drink. :)

As for hangover CURE there isn't much. Fluids are a must, a little ibuprofen for the headache (no aspirin) and from my experience (which is, unfortunately, sizable) something nice and greasy for breakfast will help. Also, if you're going to make a habit out of drinking to the point of hangover, another good bet is to do the same thing every morning. Your mind will trick your body into believing it will work every time.

My personal hangover remedy is two sausage, egg and cheese croissanwiches from Burger King and a medium Dr. Pepper. Works like gangbusters.

Its not like just going out drinking straight beers for the sake of getting drunk.

They were spread out, practically forced, regular beers and foo-foo drinks.

Its not an unreasonable amount.
Nor is alcohol unreasonable.

It just endedup resulting in tipsy-ness and a hangover the next morning.
Probably from not drinking enough regular fluids with it...

Definitely hydrate the victim. My personal best bet is Gatorade, for the electrolytes. Food, too. Good food in the stomach to soak up the alcohol. Toast with jam, perhaps? And don't go for more alcohol this morning.

Practically forced? xD Why were you forcing yourself to drink?

I think the best way to cure a hangover is pretty much a mix of what other people said. Drink a couple glasses of water then go back to bed and sleep it off.

The only thing that can cure a hangover is time.

I'd suggest taking an aspirin for the headache, and maybe some sleep to help the time pass quicker.

I've been told the a hangover is your body complaining for lack of the substance... So, it would make sense to have a little of whatever you were drinking last night, but not much.
