I am not much of a make up person..
That doesn't mean that I don't know how, I simply mean that I don't wear much make-up. No eye shadows, blush, foundations and etc. But I know enought to make myself look "good" I could to other people's make up a bit, but I'm not a make-up artist ^-^; |
I only recently started using makeup, but I don't full-on paint my face on. I just dab on some face powder that my brother has. (Yes, a powder compact. He has really bad skin and no ointment or cream works, so he uses the powder to cover up his blemishes). After that, I use a black eyeliner pencil that I stole from my mom and use it under my eyes, because I realized that it makes my eyes look bigger, more defined, and just plain prettier. However, I do not use eyeshadow. I just don't like it. Then a little bit of black mascara with an eyelash curler. Finally, I apply my lipstick, which is not too dark or too light and compliments my skin town well. (Like the lips on my Mene avatar.) Then, I spead some Lip Smackers lip gloss, and head off to school.
If I'm doing it wrong, what the fuck ever. XD I look pretty in the end. I experiment a lot with my mom's makeup because she has a ton, but I would rather not ask her for makeup tips. She puts on way too much, in my opinion. e__e; |
Those pics are impressive but no amount of make up can make me even remotely decent looking. XD Usually my mom has to chase me down with eye liner and shadow before an occasion *choir concert, graduation, weddings, etc* and I once applied make up all by my lonesome...kinda. XD I put on a bunch of eyeliner and drew a swirly like flower thing starting from the end of my eye and down. XD It took a lot of eyeliner. XD
If I was able to apply make up like that I'd prolly put it on my brother. XD |
I don't wear it often, but I can passably walk out of the house without looking like an idiot. Still getting hte hang of eyeliner though...

I learned to use makeup on my own, but I'm good with it. I enjoy the art of using makeup and playing with colours and styles. I also have terrible acne, so if I don't wear some kind of foundation, I get all sorts of rude comments from people :roll: . Still, I don't feel like I have to wear it all the time, I just like it. I hate people who can't even leave the house without wearing something (especially when I'm waiting for them).

Normal stuff ya XD; I'm lost when it comes to anything beyond a simple 2 color eyeshadow switch lol.

I know i don't apply makeup properly, but that is becasue i almsot never use any, except for special ocasions. also i hate msot makeup... it makes my skin feel uncomfortable. Usually i'll jsut do eye shadow/liner and lipgloss. I cna't do mascara becasue it gets on the inside of my glasses and i cna't see.. i have long lashes... i mean gome on.. and i hate eye liner as well. i poked my self in the eye once and it hurt.. so i'm very carefull when using it. I also use either liquid or a powederd eyeshadow that you apply with a brush or finger tip. i think it looks better and you have more controle that the traditional cake eye shadow... and lipglass dosnt' stain your skin as badly as lipstick dose... i have to go to a wedding this weekend coming up and i'm dreading the makeup part of it.. *shrugs* but i do my best. i can't do blush or ocverup or anything.. i cna never find a color that works right for me and no one who has tried to teach me about make up has been able to do so in a way that i could understand... *grrs*

Yeah, I don`t even use make up for special occaions ! xD Sometimes I do I guess, if I`m bothered or my friends are all doing it and sitting there doing nothing seems pointless ... xDDD So because of my lack of use and experience, I must suck at putting on makeup ... xDDD |
I only like wearing eye makeup like: liner, mascara, eye shadow.
I used to wear lip gloss, but I don't do it as much anymore. One year I tried wearing foundation and blush and it just wasn't me... I didn't really like it that much, although some days were better than others. I'm not really into makeup. |
Normally I don't wear make up too much. Not because I don't like it, but because I'm lazy. xD Now I will wear foundation, mostly because I have horrible achne and it makes me feel a little bit more self confident knowing it's covered up a bit.
When I do decide to wear make up, I wear two tones of eye shadow ( three if I can manage to make it look good ^^; ), lengthening mascara, blush, lip color, and lip gloss. My mother first taught me how to apply make up, but I thought it looked "too old" so I have since found what looks good with my skin tone and also whats a bit more "in style". I hate using eye liner though, it always looks like crap on my eyes. xD |

I don't realy use alot of make up, I used to do alot of
mascara and eyeliner, but I looked like a .... you know what. I dont do make up every day, takes too long >_> If I wear make up I only wear a little bit of eye liner, and brown eyeshadow to make my blue eyes come out better, and a bit of mascara. For the rest sometimes a little bit of camuflage stick when I have some spots. Sometimes a little powder if the area around my eyes are darkish. For the rest I don't realy wear lipstick, only when I go to parties or something, but no bright colors. I don't like lipgloss. My hair is long and it always starts to stick on my lips when I wear that. Blerg. |
I don't really wear make-up anymore, it kinda irritates me and it is too troublesome.
The last time I have seriously putted on make-up was a couple of years ago, when I still was a gothic. (I also stopped dressing like that because I didn't had enough clothes and the make-up was troublesome.) |
I dont really use makeup much cuz i have nothing to cover up. The only problem i have is dark circles. >.< and they wont go away and i only 23.

Makeup is art. I think of it that way and I'm good.
Lots of people think I'm good with my makeup and I get pretty creative with it but I do know how to do a simple look or a glamorous/classic look. The hair is also another major thing that helps make someone look better. Yuuuh, I'm girly and I've been messing with makeup since I was a little girl but didn't start wearing it out until middle school, 7th grade I think and I'm 18 now. Sometimes I want to do run way makeup with those fashion designers that have crazy ridiculous ideas. I want to learn how to use an airbrush too. That would be pure amazing. |
I'm horrible at putting on make up. Really. xD That's probably because I hardly ever put it on though. At the moment, I'm trying to master eyeliner. I still haven't been able to put it on right. Even after getting tips from people I know and things I've read on the internet. =/ At least I haven't poked my eye out yet though.

I can't apply makeup to save myself. I have absolutely no feminine skills whatsoever. I wish I was a man ;3; My little sister wears makeup everyday. It makes me think o_o should I do that too? It's partly a lack of skill and finesse but mstly I'm a lazy bumcake ;D |
I don't wear makeup.
I think I look stupid with it. I only wear like...bear minerals crap. When my skin's broken out. Or I have a sunburn. I'm also really terrible at applying makeup, though. Really bad. |
i am a male cosmetologist and i am good at putting make up on... and yes i use make-up on myself too... not all the froofy stuff but just enought to even out my skin tone and get rid of the bags under my eyes but i am good at and yes i am a male cosmetologist... and no im not gay... just half

Haha, apparently I'm good at doing make up. My friends always ask me to do theirs for parties and dances and such but I don't really like putting make up on others. I picked up most of my tricks and such from my best friend and her sister, and tv of course. Also I learned quite a bit of things when I did some modeling. I love using make up so much but I don't wear it every day or anything. I use it more for special occasions, things like art openings, parties and such. And even so I like to do more like... unique and outstanding things, not so much just the typical thing you'd see. Lol, I don't really have a favorite brand of make up. As long as it isn't like, cheap stuff that just crumbles and dries up its good for me. I get all my make up from various places so its kind of hard for me to pinpoint my favorite brand. :P
