A lot of right-handed scissor handles are molded, at least in my country (Australia). They are made for a more firm and comfortable grip unless of course you're left-handed then it is the opposite.

When I was in school I had an almost perminate dent at the base of my thumb on the back of my hand because rught-handed scissors.

My mom and I are both right handed. But my brother and dad are both left handed. Yet my brother takes after my mom and I take after my dad. O_o My boyfriend is also left handed, which makes for a difficult time when we sit together to eat unless we switch sides.

I haven't had too many experiences using my left hand. I tried to write with it, but it all came out kind of messy and it felt akward. I found out a couple of weeks ago in my art class that I can draw left handed though. That surprised me.

In kindergarden I was ambidexterous x'3.
But since then I've become right handed.
For me, it's just a lot easier, and when writing with the left hand, you tend to smudge a lot.

Dang, I just thought of something.
What if someone was right handed, then they lost their hand in a freak accident. How tough would it be to train yourself all over to write. I'd be pretty ticked off, even typing becomes a bit harder without the use of two hands. Kudos to anyone with that kind of situation.

I am naturally right handed, but i taught my left hand pen control, so to some extent i can write all be it not very neat. So yeah, i'm ambidextrous.

I'm right handed. Every one in my family is right handed except for my mom. I tried to learned to write with both hands once that I hurt my right hand, but it was so damn difficult XD.

im the only righty in my house. my mom and dad were the only leftys in theirs. so my sister is the odd one b/c she hasnt been singled out yet xD im very observant of odd things arent i? i can do some thing with my left hand better than others, i know that for sure... i just cant name anything rite now lol

Im teaching myself to use my left hand. I write with it, play baceball left handed(very hard...), draw...
A funny thing is when i sign (American Sign Lauguage, ASL) i sign with my left, i think its easier...

For a time I was attempting to teach myself to write with my left hand too but I kept having to remind myself to switch and eventually I just gave up. Actually now that I don't go to school anymore I very rarely handwrite anyway. :o

I write with my right hand and eat with my right hand, though I could use my left, just shakily. Everything else I pretty much use my left hand for, including knitting and crochet.
My baby sister was indecisive as a baby and finally settled on being a righty after a year or so. Then my mom was naturally a lefty but her school forced her to learn to use her right hand.

When I was younger I used both hands, I was kinda forced to chose a hand, so mainly I'm right handed. My parents are both right handed and my brother is ambidextrous. I'll switch hands from time to time though. I can only write right handed but most other things I can do with both hands, I cut, knit and do archery with both hands equally well. Also sewing, and eating I do with both.
We do have a lot of lefties in our family, my Grandmother and a couple of my cousins.

I am right handed, but apparently wasn't this way the whole life. I don't remember it, but my mom said that I was left-handed for a while when I was a child. I don't know what happened that I started to use the right hand. Maybe it was just more convenient or something?

My good friend Miranda is ambidexterous, whenever I try to write left-handed it looks like a preschoolers writing XD Probably worse!

im right handed. like most people i think. in the old days they used to strap you on your left hand if you wrote with it. i dont know why they did that. i guess it made the ink smudge and all that stupid old day stuff. makes no difference now tho right?

I am exclusively right-handed. I can do nothing with my left hand, although surprisingly my left arm is stronger. Maybe it's supposed to be that way, I don't know. My Dad is predominately right-handed, although he uses his left for certain things. He uses a trackball, with his left hand yet! That's amazing to me, I have a hard time with the trackball, yet he does it with his left hand.
