The party plans
Ok Hello everyone, I have to give out a party for Halloween for my co workers and bosses...i am the one in charge of the reception and some people from other companies will come...but i really have no clue i mean i have a check the company gives me to get things for the party and of course the food and all but...
I really cant imagine those guys with party hats or costumes or even feeling happy, they are old men and women who seem not to like parties, i dont even know why they want this kind of party, is it because the general meeting is on wednesday? idk... so wtf do I do now? food , that's easy drinks? well i suppose no alcohol decoration...should i turn the office into something creepier? xD should I prepare party treats or souvenirs? What are they expecting from me ;___; I really cannot ask since my boss told me "you handle it i have no idea what they want" ....soooo??? I feel like trapped I dont know what they are expecting from me, is it a big party..i dont think so...something simple...not too simple? ...should I think about some music? worst thing is that rummors say last guy was fired because he couldnt "handle" this kind of stuff....I mean it is not my duty to be in charge of things like this man....>> I am just doing it cause they cannot give it to anyone else... give me a hand? thankies |

But really, just decorate the place, make it scary, put some music together, and the socializing will come naturally. =D Good luck! |
Try something spooky.
Look up spooky food and drink ideas on the internet I am sure that you could find a good recipe for a spooky halloween punch or something. Maybe turn the lights down low and have some spooky music playing. As for the food, some general food stuffs that would appeal to a wide variety of people. And for the desserts, make quite a few but not too many. You should have a bobbing for apples or some type of thing like that. It doesnt matter how old you are, you can still bob for apples :P And what else....hmmm...maybe make up a small "goodie bag" of halloween candies that you can hand out at the very end. Make then say "trick or treat" hehehehe |
