Me too. And I got all of the event shop items (either wicked, sweet, or cute), except for Wicked Wizard Mantel, Pumpkin Earrings, and Cute Witch Shoes.

Very nice! From the shop I picked up the suit I'm wearing, and the Onyx Regis Cloak, that I plan to use for something else down the road. It looked useful.

I sort of wish there was a 'preview' option for buying stuff, though.

Well, it's a fairly common thought when you're spending a good week's worth of posting gold on an item that you can't see what it *looks* like. Especially some of the more complex items, the pictures in the shop become very tiny for it. Maybe a link to another spot, where they could have a picture of a shop NPC with the item equipped?

Hello!
I've just switched majors from Biochemistry to Computer Science.

Also, there is a way to view the full-size image in stores. (I'm assuming you use Firefox.) Right-click the image you're interested in, and click "Copy Image Location." Paste that line in the address bar in a new tab. It should look something like:

Delete the word "thumbnails/" so that it reads:

and hit enter. You'll be able to see the full-size image. It won't be on an avi, but it'll at least give you a better idea of what the item looks like.

What's the difference between the two?

Oh, thank you! <3
You did Vinny proud! *grin*

No problem.
On some of the pictures with two layers (Like the Regis cloak - one front part, one back part), it doesn't always work, but it does most of the time. And it's easier than surfing around randomly in the hope of seeing someone wearing that item. xD

Same here, but that's a MUCH better plan! Good one, Ashtara, I would not have thought of that.

@Komitadjie - I actually skipped class. My parents drove me over there, but I hung out in the student lounge and finished reading a really good book called Acceleration. ^^
The reason I skipped class was because I am considering about dropping it. *uncertain* Whatever. *shrugs*

Anyways, I'm back from 'class' now. ^^;;

@Aylar - Classics?

This kid working in the lost and found for the subway station during the summer finds a potential serial killer's diary, and goes after the guy. It's very good! ^^

I'm a freshmen in college. I can't technically declare a major until I complete 8 more prerequisite classes, but I'll be a Business Management major with a minor in Spanish and Marketing, most likely.

Hooray?

Heh, sounds like "Without Remorse" with more angst and less SEAL. xD

I'll have to look it up at the library.

@Abis - What do you want to do for your career? With what you're majoring in, what job do you want to pursue? ^^

@Komitadjie - What is SEAL?
And tell me more about this "Without Remorse". ^^

A SEAL is a Navy commando, the name stands for SEa Air Land, the three environments where they operate. It's a Clancy book, and the basic plot revolves around an ex-SEAL. He returned from Vietnam, and his girlfriend was killed rather brutally by a local drug ring. He is a tad annoyed, and decides to... solve things. With some things he learned in the Navy. It's a very good book.

Oh, I know what that is! xD
I wasn't sure what you meant when you said it though, so I didn't think of the navy. ^^;;

Oh, that doesn't sound anything like this book.
This kid, he... well, I don't want to ruin it for you, but if you decide to read it, let me know what you think, yeah? ^^

Heheh, they kick rather a pile of butt. The book is the backstory for Mr. Clark, who is one of his primary characters in almost all the rest of his books.

Heh, if I found a serial killer, that's probably what I would do, although most likely no where as well as Clark did.
