God, that sounds terrifying.
Not long ago, my dad was driving and we were going down this old highway. It's narrow, only one lane each way, it's curvy, and all the way it's a double yellow line. A group of people were leaving from where we left (a historic sight), and there was this car behind us, obviously wanting to pass us, so eventually my dad gave in, went on the shoulder a bit when there was one, and they zoomed past us just to brake for the person in front of us. Then, 5 seconds later, they passed THEM... This group was obviously going to the same place. After we got on the main highway, there were 2 lanes where we were. Suddenly, a car zooms pass us, weaves through traffic with no blinker. Then another of their group changes lanes with no blinker, cutting them off. Not much later, 2 more cars of the same group passed us on the left AND right... to the right of us was the shoulder. It definitely got my heart pumping. I could just picture everything that could possibly go wrong. Oh, and on Halloween, my friends and I were walking past the opening of the school parking lot. Apparently, it's a place where the "cool kids" hang out. There was a car speeding through the lot, coming straight for the exit we were almost at. They slammed on their brakes and blared their horn at us for no less than 20 seconds, well, the entire time it took for us to move across. I had a strong urge to give them the finger. I settled to sticking my tongue out. ^^;; |
Truck drivers can be annoying and they always glare at you for some odd reason. Most have probably just been on the road too long though.

What a fuckin' moron. :/ He's driving a truck. That's the absolute WORST vehicle to be a reckless driving asshole in. e__e

he is such an aggressive man its almost unbelievable and he always assumes if anything goes wrong on the road its a womans fault stupid sexist father grrrr :( :twisted: |
Wow, glad you're okay. Jerks in semi trucks is a very bad thing, considering they can pretty much crush any other car in their way. ;.; And then he followed you? That's definitely some freaky stuff. Did you report him and his license number yet? Hopefully they'll get the guy off the road.
I think the worst road rage related thing that happened to me was actually rather funny. I was riding with my boyfriend when his jacked up truck was still running. Some guy in a jacked up Dodge was making an idiot out of himself and almost ran over someone to get into our lane so he could turn. Once we were back into a two lane road, I guess he decided he wanted to try and pick on the other jacked up truck. So he got really close up on the back bumper and by this time my boyfriend is ready to chuck something out the window at him. xD He hates people riding that close. However, once the guy in the Dodge got a free spot, he swerved into the lane beside us and came zooming up so that he was even with us. I kid you not, this guy looked like he was thirteen. He was tiny! And he was leaned forward over the steering wheel, close to the windshield like he couldn't see or something. xD To top it all off, he looked over at us and started screaming something out his window. With all that put together, all I could do was just bust out laughing at the guy. I know it might be mean, but he looked so funny. xD I wish I could have actually understand what the guy was screaming, but I couldn't. We turned off that road shortly after to get where we were going, so we didn't have to deal with him for much longer. I'd just like to know what we did to piss him off so bad. |
The only thing that I can think of is that the truck driver wasn't paying attention and was pissed that he almost caused a wreck. But that is certainly no reason to take it out on you. I'm glad nothing serious happened. That would definatly be scary having a big truck like that following me. </3
The worst road rage story I know didn't happen to me, but a former co-worker. Some guy cut off his Jaguar, and then he returned the favor. They did this a couple times until they were both so broiling mad that they pulled over on the side of the freeway to duke it out. Well my co-worker landed the first big punch to the guys head and knocked him over. Then my co-worker jumped in his car and fled. (not the brightest bunch here) So anyway, the cops were notified and put out an arrest warrent for my co-worker. So he hid his car and tried to stay out of sight, but the police found out where he worked and walked right into our office and arrested him. In the end he got fined and sued by the other guy. But how rediculous! The whole thing could have easily been avoided. |
what a FREAK haha. im sorry that happened :? people can be pretty screwed up...but at least he didnt get out and beat you or anything :shock:
