I train on a swim team 2 - 4 hours a day, and the days I'm either only swimming 2 hours, or not swimming at all, I do 3 - 5 hours of my own working out, which consists of about 3 - 4 hours of Ellipticling, then 3 Ab workouts, 2 thigh workout, my own "customized" ab workout, and when I'm in the mood, I'll to a bicept/tricept workout. :3
I'm so hardcore. xD
And it all happens in the safety of my own home.o.o
