And it's your decision, your life, blahblah. They're[the people critizing you from women studies] not the ones living it. Besides it's nice if men actually take interest in the 'problems' of women.[Not just the personal ones] >3>

I have a friend who just took the class here at my school. Just be a little prepared for a possible "super feminist" kind of person ^^: personally, those kind of people scare me T-T

I don't think there is anything wrong with it at all. In fact, I encourage it. I took a woman's studies course in college (I am female) and there were a few men in the course who took it for the writing credits. All of them left the course with a changed outlook. A few of them entered the class with pretty antiquated ideas about the roles of women and left with a more modern approach. I think it would be beneficial for colleges to require men to take a women's studies course. I think that if you want to take it, then you shouldn't listen to anyone else and follow your heart. <3

    After all, it's your life. You should make your own decisions and sure, maybe it's good to listen to advice sometimes, but in the end I think you have to do what you want to do or you won't be truly happy.

I don't any thing wrong on wanting to study that topic.

Why listening to others?! Their are lots of things that I do and people don't like it. They thin its strange o.O But what do they know about being strange don't do try out different things xD

So be weird for them and do that! Maybe studying that topic yo will know how to threat a female :O Not that I'm saying that you don't!

Which Ontario university are you considering going to? I go to University of Toronto. :3

Anyway, male or female, women's studies is still a pertinent subject. It's not my area of interest, but if you find it interesting, then why not?
