It really annoys me when people ask me "why?" or "what for?". I don't know why I do this or that and have weird tastes. I don't know myself.

Well, I have a couple.
One is when I'm playing an MMORPG, and I just have this habit of making girl characters (I'm a guy). When people find out I'm a guy, 99.9% of the time, they freak out and are quiet for a few minutes. And I guess when they finally 'pluck up the courage' they ask 'Are you gay...?'
It drives me NUTS! No! I am not gay! Just because I have a friggin' female character doesn't make me gay. It's not very uncommon anymore for people to play the opposite sex, is it?
And this is one my dad asks me sometimes.
I get up from the couch, or wherever I am, and start heading down the hall. Before I get there, he asks 'Where are you going?'
There are only two places I could be going down the hall. My room, or the bathroom. It's just so annoying XD

Well since I work at a library and since we've had to move all the av and audio stuff because we're going to be putting in new carpeting, "Where are the videos, dvds, books on tape/cd" Pretty much gets on my nerves.
I mean hello! There are signs up that tell you where they are!
It's not rocket science, just read the signs!
Half the time I want to smack them upside the head and tell them, "If you can't read, ask the people at the desk it's their job to answer your stupid questions, not mine. I just put the damn crap away, got it?"
Seriously some people drive me crazy.

"Where you at?!"

"Wow. Are you a goth?! I think you are! or at lest emo!"
... So now goth and emo means you wear a black shirt and jeans?

"Did you draw that?"
I get asked that like, every time I flip through my binder and there's a random picture or something. I thought it was kind of obvious I drew it because my signature was on it and there are like, a billion drawings in done in the same way...
"Who's that, are you drawing yourself?"
Why would I draw myself? Honestly, I prefer to draw other people. And even so, I pretty much just draw random people, characters from games and such or my Gaia avi. XD
"What're you doing?"
Why would anyone even ask that when they can clearly see you like, playing guitar or drawing or doing anything else...
"Omg, how can you walk in those shoes?"
They're just high heels, its like walking on your toes. Not that hard...
I just really don't like when people ask questions when the answer is like, mega-obvious and such.

Well, this girl is constantly asking "Do you want a huggie?" Not really, if I wanted one, I'd go talk to a friend.
I'm not sure if that counts as a stupid question, but it seems pretty dumb to me.

I hate the "did you draw?" question. I just want to shove the art in the person's face and if it's not my art, ask them an even stupider---annoyinger question..."does it look like it?" Jeez!! haha I made my own word, "annoyinger!" Go moi!

- *laughs* My jaw drops every time I get that, "Did you draw that?" question when I'm currently DRAWING the picture right in front of them.
I laugh anytime I draw something in anime style and someone's like, "Is that Sailormoon?" If I say it's my character, they're like, "You have your own characters?!"
One of my "favorite" series of questions are...
Them: Are you dating?
Me: No.
Them: Why not?
Me: *shrugs* Haven't met the right person?
Them: Do you like men?
Me: ......yes.
Them: Then why aren't you dating?
Me: Because I haven't met the right person?
Them: Are you a lesbian!?
Me: .........

i hate during class when people ask questions that the answer were JUST explained how to figure out, and the rest of the class understands. For example: "i don't get it.' Then my teacher has to waste time with the SAME PEOPLE everyday explaining the same thing over and over again, and then they still don't understand. >____< Ugh.
Or when i'm drawing and people always ask me who i'm drawing. i'm like: People from my imagination. >_O

I hate the question, "Where [are] you at?" ... or any sentence/question ending in a preposition. o_O It's the English major shining out in me, I suppose, but that's my #1 pet peeve. Don't end a sentence in a preposition! XD
I guess that one bothers me the most because it's used commercially. Commercial incorrectness is perhaps the most evil form of incorrectness. ;3;

There's quite few that gets to me. But I am usually a patient person who isn't easily agitated, unless the person asking me the question is a total noob. :S
"Hey, what are we doing in P.E. today?"
The same thing we do every week! We have a fucking schedule ffs! Dx We're like what, 12 weeks into the school year and you're asking me WHAT WE'RE DOING?! I can understand if it's a minimum day, or a rainy day, cause then things change, but on a normal, sunny day, it's likely that we switch to the schedule. -___-
"Are you emo?"
"No, just no, there's so many things wrong with what you just asked me. I don't know what the fuck YOU think is emo, but I am NOT a genre of music. <_< Is it because I wear black? Is that why you would think of me as a genre? Is that it bitch!?!?"
That runs through my mind just about everytime the emo card is thrown at me. /stabstab
"Why weren't you online or on AIM?"
Cause I wasn't online. Go figure.

Personally I think it's really stupid when my parents suggest something that I think is stupid and they want my support, which they clearly don't have, so they'll basically just ask me if I agree.
It really bothers me too that they usually express this as either "Hadn'y'ought'a?" or simply saying "Huh?" until I say something to placate them or piss them off. :x

"Are the Bahamas in Florida?"
"But 2+2 isn't the same as 2x2, is it?"
"Are unicorns real?"
"Is Sasuke Naruto's sidekick?"
"What's a mathematist?"
That list could go on for awhile. :(
Also, the "mathematist" thing was a response to me asking someone if they were a masochist.

so I agree with the "did you draw that?" and only recently, but still annoying, the "are you emo/goth?". (No to both)Another good one for me is "Why do you wear trench coats?" I wear them cause I like them. Or for that matter, anything about my appearance and how I dress bothers me.
Others include while playing Japanese music "can you understand it?" I mean is there something wrong with listening to music one can't fully understand? And even if I can at times, because I know some Japanese from anime,do people think just then i can understand full Japanese. The other is "can you speak Chinese?" I am only half Chinese and hold no accent of any kind, nor does my mother, except a small Hawaiian accent, that is almost fully lost now. I can't speak anything but English,I know many Japanese phrases, and can't speak an ounce of Chinese. I took Spanish in school, but I feel that really doesn't mean I know the language.
There are other pet peeve questions on different topics, but the list would last a very long time.

"Are you lyke, one 'o them goths?"-upon wearin' a black dress O_O
"Are you lyke, one 'o them emo peoples?"-upon wearin' a striped sweater.
Eh, I don't like to be linked to stereotypes.
"Are you lesbian?"-when I'm not interested in a guy ((a classic)).
Oooooh bothersome.
