Oh lord, neighbors are one of my biggest pet peeves! XP

My current neighbors aren't too bad, but the people across the hall (I live in a four-plex apartment building) are drunks. It's this guy that's probably 30ish and he always has his mother over, and one day I heard a thud against my door and I had to find out what it was. Unfortunately I don't have a peephole in my door, but soon there was more shuffling around outside and I opened the door to find this guy leaning against the railing, drunk as a skunk, slurring his words and overall being ridiculous. Now, I guess it's good that he's getting drunk at home and not out at a bar where he'll drink and drive home, but still. ugh. AND he listens to bad music! At least I can't hear it through my walls.

I like one of the neighbors downstairs. He's got two kids that visit on weekends, and he's really helpful if I need anything.

And then there's another new guy downstairs that's got kids too. He smokes a lot of pot because I can smell it in the hallway quite regularly. XP

The guy that used to live there was my friend though. He worked at a catering company and brought me leftover food. Too bad he moved out. I really wanted to hang out with him sometime. :(

The woman behind us locks her kids out of the house in the summer time and they stand outside screaming and yelling all day, the boy will talk to anyone and sits and says weird things to us when we are outside. My son won't go out back when that kid is out. The people next to us are annoying more than crazy. Right now I can hear their stereo, I had to turn my t.v. up loud to hear it. Our houses are closed up because it's cold. They park their van in front of my house which makes it hard for me to see to get out of my driveway and when I ask them not to park it there I get some lame excuse as to why they do (I wish I could call the police and make them move it) If the neighbor on the other side of them parks in front of their house, they have a fit. Every winter they put insulation up in the windows of their back room and that looks really nice (not). They are basically the people who feel that everyone should cater to them and they should be able to do what they want but no one else should.

We had a neighbor like that. The parked their car right past the fence border so my sister started parking right the way up behide them so there was only about a foots gap inbetween their cars and they played depressing music until stupid hours of the morning. So my mum went round in the middle of the night when they were still playing their music banged on the door and had a right rant to them. Thankfully they moved out and we have new neighbors now.

We had a few neighbours who had issues a few months ago. Their issues were not with us, but with the apartment management and the landlord. I remember that one day some guys had come to our house to tell that they were going to cut off electricity from their flat and asked us to show our own fuses so they wouldn't cut our electricity by mistake. Besides, I heard them argue all the time, which was pretty annoying as they had loud voices. They left in four months after they had moved in.

If they're assholes then put a cork on them. :D

My neighbors are all.. relatively normal. There's a young couple next door with two kids in elementary. They do elementary kid things. I don't know my other neighbors, but frankly, compared to everyone else around here, we probably ARE the crazy obnoxious neighbors. :lol:

We don't really have crazy neighbors, they're nice. :]

- Do you like your neighbors? Not particularly...I could certainly live without them.
- Are they crazy? Well...they're not normal, that's for damn sure.
- Any situations? Things mostly get a little weird in the summertime...I live in a pretty rural area, and most of the people around here use those ride-on lawnmowers to attend to their lawns, my neighbor included. Except he's usually had one too many beers (he actually had one of those foam beer can holders glued onto the front of his lawnmower so he could drink while mowing) and at least once a year, he drives the lawnmower into his pond. Then he gets his car to try and drag it out and the car gets stuck, so finally he'll get his truck and pull them both out. Now he's just gotten a big freaking tractor and all his friends come over wanting to ride it, so they pretty much mow his lawn for him. O_o;;

He also tries to kill picker bushes by shooting the ground with his shotgun...claims he'll sever the roots. This has been going on for ten years now and the picker bush in question is about eight-feet tall.
- Did they eventually move? XD Unfortunately, no...they're putting up their strange Christmas decorations right now (they have a cardboard chimney that they stand up in front of the house; I don't have the faintest idea how this is supposed to be attractive) and probably drinking their brains out.

- Do you like your neighbors?

Two of them. The one on the right of my house since she is really nice and does great garden work. Also, I have a friend that lives down the street a few houses so of course I wouldn't not like him...

- Are they crazy?

YES!!!

- Any situations?

One day I was at home alone while my mom went to the grocery store to pick up something she forgot. I was walking around the house from bordom and my dog was tied up outside doing his thing.

I looked out the window and saw two little toddler boys that looked iddentical to each other. They were even wearing the same clothes! There was also an old woman walking behind them. They looked like they were just walking from their yard to the other neighbors house on the other side of my house.

I kept watching them to see if it looked like she needed help catching those boys or something. (I thought they were running from their house, their just little toddlers!) I then saw her pick up the boys and put them on my trampoline!! Not that it was a bad thing or anything but I was a little worried.

I then walked out the door to tell them to leave and when I was outside.... they were gone.... I then looked like a girl from a horror movie and screamed out that if they every came on our property again that I would call the police!

- Did they eventually move? XD

I wish.... (GO AWAY!!! YOUR CRAZY!!!- I want to tell them that so bad!)

Apart from being the crazy neighbor.

I am also the kind loud-music, loud-parties neighbor. :D

Yayness for peace disruption.

My neighbors aren't that bad. The worst thing that's happened is when my next door neighbor called my grandma and told her that our lawn needed mowed really badly. It had been mowed 3 days ago! Maybe if it had been a month I might understand, but even then it would have been better if he just came and told us to our face.

Also, one of our new neighbors won't let his dog go to the bathroom in his yard, but he walks it across the street to go to the bathroom in the neighbors yard. I think that's incredibly rude, he doesn't even clean it up.

Most of my neighbors are really nice and even the one who was complaining about our lawn has done a lot of favors for us.

I've got annoying neighbors. The woman next to us moved out a couple years ago, but she had problems. We tried being nice at first saying 'Hello, how are you?' and stuff like that when we saw her when we first move in. She'd just stick up her nose and ignore us so we eventually started ignoring her too. I was playing music once, maybe a little too loud, but then the woman started playing some crazy metal song way louder than mine. I don't remember the exact lyrics, but I do remember that it was something about killing the neighbors. She made a habit out of playing it and it was the only song she ever played that loudly. I was a kid at the time, so of course I didn't think much about it. These days though, I would've caught her outside and confronted her about it. :x My mom might have, actually, and I just never knew about it. I don't know why she was such a jerk, but something was definitely wrong with her.

Our other neighbor is usually pretty nice, but sometimes he just does stupid things. We were having a cook out once. Nothing loud, only a couple people, we weren't being a nuisance. He comes over and tells my boyfriend that we can't cook out there any more because the smoke is blowing in his window. What the hell? Shut your window then, you idiot! We do this, what, once a month? It won't kill you to close the window, I promise.

My neighbors.. x o x They're not really weird towards me or anyone in my home, but they're just really, really bothersome. We live in townhouses, right? So it's sort of like apartment houses and many of them are connected side by side. Thankfully a lot has been done to sound proof everything, but our neighbors to the right are so loud, I can hear them THROUGH the sound proofing.

They clank, they clunk and they turn up their damn TV as high as it can possibly go. I don't see how those people aren't deaf yet. Well.. maybe they are and that's why they're so loud with everything. D:

Not only that, but they're loud outside, too. They let their kids outside and then SCREAM at them to get back in or to stop doing whatever. I feel pretty bad for the kids, but they scream back. |: So usually I just end up being annoyed at both.

Every now and then I get back at them by playing decently loud techno.
