Being as this is an apartment. I would say over 20 years, but they've remodeled back a few years, hard to say.

Eh? I think my house is around 10 years old. The driveway is peeling apart, and it's kinda dying... the ceiling to my cousin's room caved in once after a thunderstorm. o_o;; The only reason why I like this house is 'cause we got 2 acres and a tennis court. x_x

I believe my house was completed in the summer of 2002? So nearly six years old.

Hmm.. the house we currently living in right now is the same age as me. My family move to this house when I'm still in my mother's womb. So yeah, this house of ours is 17 yrs. old.. still young. XD

My house is ancient. I don't really know how old it is, but we still have well water and our roof is a disaster. Also, it used to be a farm. |
my house in indonesia, was bought in 1988, a year before i was born. However, it was rebuilt again in 2005.

Not all that old, really. The entire neighborhood was built during the big population boom in the 1950s, so my house is still is really good shape. The only thing I hate is that it looks exactly like every other house on my street. Some people have added on second floors and porches and stuff, but you can still tell. It's a little depressing.

My condo was built in the mid-60's.
I hate this place, though. D: It's got some wear and tear, but I think it's haunted ;o; We've got weird stuff happening, like stuff flying off shelves and breaking glass tables halfway across the room, and all of our drawers in the kitchen opening.. ;O; Scary stuff. T__T Other than that.. Our carpet needs to be replaced. =x |
Mine's relatively new, but my grandparent's...
Theirs is about 175 years old, but the completely remodeled it. :3 It has a servants bell thin in every room, and they even have servants! D: |
My house is as old as the local Brethren church. It was originally the Pastor's home, and then it turned into a funeral home,and then a church event spot. (We have quite a bit of land), and then my family bought it from the church.
The church is around like 60 years old? So my house is around that age, however there's been several renovations and updates that have been done through it's several owners. |
Mine’s over 100 years old. It was one of the first houses built on the island and is marked as a historic home. It’s in pretty good shape since my parents are pretty on top of home improvements that need to be done. When we moved in, it was in pretty bad shape and had dead mice and rats all over. I’m still not quite sure why my parents bought a house that was in such bad shape, but it looks great now so I’m glad they did buy it.

My house is about 30 years old, but now it's being upgraded so It will look much more modern <3 I'm really happy about this fact :'D

Mine is a multi generation home, FYI, We use to have a well in the basment.. soo.. it's over 100 years old. ^^
