Well okay, so it does snow in California, but only in certain areas. Like, way up in the mountains. But that doesn't count.
Some roads have actually been blocked by the snow, and that's never happened before!
Of course, down in the valley, it's just freezing cold rain, not snow. But earlier in the morning, one of the hills was covered in snow. It was actually kinda nifty, seeing a green hill topped with white.
Whoever believes that California is sunny and full of beaches all the time has obviously never been around in winter. :>
So, are you experiencing any abnormal weather?

I live in California too, but where I live it's always abnormal. One minute it could be raining, no matter what time of the year it is, the next it's sunny. It's just so strange.

Neh, not any abnormal weather here. Still blizzarding and whatnot. Got about 9ft of snow outside. And I'm not exaggerating. We have to use the snow blower about four times a day so that we will be able to get out of our driveway.

With actual snow snow, that happened today, but it was icing two days before that. The temperatures have been crazily low like in the teens and in the twenties as of recently. It's really weird. Too bad that it doesn't snow to a zebras butt though because I want to go snowboarding. x_x; I'm living on false hope since I live in Tennessee.

It is extremely cold here, but not snowing. It was seriously -20 with the wind chill when I took my brother to school this morning. Some of the schools around here even got cancelled today because of the cold.

I live in NZ, and there's not much abnormal weather here D:
But the weather changes often, and you can probably expect rain and sun appearing frequently on the same day in Spring.

I live in Ontario, Canada and we have lots of snow where I am. Today it was -36C. I hate it.
But we always get cold weather.
The only thing that Global Warming is messing with right now is our water mains.
Because one day it's hot, and the next it's cold and then in between and so on, our water mains are freezing, melting, freezing etc, so they burst and then we have no water all day until they fix it. I hatehatehate it.

I got a tad bit of snow today.
It was kind of odd, since it
was like 60 degrees just last
week. The weather in my county
has always been wonky. 60 degrees
one day and 10 the next day.
It is absolutly crazy.

It's rather warm and sunny in Istanbul, while the rest of Turkey is freezing to no end (Eastern cities in particular). Even Lake Van, Turkey's largest lake has been frozen. Yet according to some urban legends, the winter of 1955 was so cold that the whole Bosphorus was frozen! People could walk from one coast to the other.

I live in Florida, and it looks more like it's Fall here even though it's January. I've gotten use to spending Christmas day with the window open and in shorts.
But there's maybe been two occasions in my life where we actually got some flurries. Little light specks of white that melts before it can even reach the ground. But it's still the most incredible thing to me! The only time I have ever seen snow was when I went to Italy over the summer time and one of the mountains we flew over had snow on it.
That's it.
So I always get so giddy when it's a really cold day and people forget to turn off their sprinklers and everything the sprinkler hits gets frozen in a glassy layer of ice.

I live in Central Ontario, and we've had more snow days in December and January this year than the snow days in the past three years combined.

No, nothing unusual. It's freezing outside but it's not snowing, which has been pretty normal for the last 10+ years around here, or so my mother says.
Last year it snowed in April once.

I live in Oswego, NY while at college and honestly, odd weather is the norm here. The weather is super fickle but at the same time quite predictable, it's sort of hard to explain I guess... Anyway, last year we got so much snow that the whole town was in this like state of emergency or something. We had so much snow that it couldn't be plowed out of the way and a bulldozers were used to push it over banks and some of it was even dumped into the lakes and stuff. It was definitely really crazy trying to get to class when they'd plow the sidewalks only to have like a foot or two back on them like an hour later.
Right now it's really really cold and windy but it's not really snowing. Yesterday it was snowing these huge flakes though. Honestly I don't expect it to be as bad as it was last year with the crazy white outs that were so bad you couldn't see stuff that was more than like a car length away... I really do hate the cold. I keep wondering why I chose this school... >.<

I know just what you mean!
I live in Los Angeles and the weather has been nasty all week!
Rain has been going on and off for days, freezing, and really pouring at night!
I kinda like when it rains though ><
It's nice to be cozy inside while you can hear the rain pouring outside. :3
Plus... i'd rather it be cold then too hot. D:

Ew snow! Not a big snow fan but that's neat if you like snow. n_n
As for abnormal weather, yes we've had several days (not quite in a row, two or three at most at a time) of weather in the 60's and low 70's... IN JANUARY. O_o Normally it is like it has been lately, in the 20's or 30's, so that's quite abnormal. I think we hit a couple records this year.

Yeah, the weather has been.....slightly odd recently, here.
It's been extremely cold the past few weeks (and I have to walk home from school which takes about 20 minutes each day D:), and everythings been freezing over... Maybe it's not abnormal, I dunno.. But this is the first time I remember seeing bark dust and mud get frozen like that. 0__o;

Well A few years back we had a Tornado in November. I live in Iowa. So it's not uncommon to get tornadoes, just not in November. I believe that same winter season we had temps into th 60's in February, then a few weeks later it snowed.
This year it's just been snowing a lot. Nothing really out of the norm. I keep hoping to have a warm spell soon.
