That game is seriously a classic.
I remember when I was young my family and I would play the Disney version :o

Along with Monopoly I also liked playing Operation >w<

I like boardgames, like Monopoly, Guess Who, Life, Clue, Sorry, Easy Money, and Pay Day. I also like card games such as War, Go Fish, Egyptian Rat Screw, Speed, Frustration, and Solitare.

No one wnats to play any board games or card games with me, so I haven't played in a really long time. I only play solitare, since it is a one player games.

I would like to know of any more one player card games that are fun, since solitare gets boring after a while.

My card game of choice would be Egyptian Ratscrew. I own at it.

As for board games, anything interesting. Risk, Monopoly, Life, Scrabble, etc.

Oh and I also love Mahjong. But I don't know what that'd be classified as. xD;;;

I still play these "old school" games fromt ime to time; mostly when I'm with friends and we have no electronics nearby. Lulz.

My favorite game ever is Apples to Apples. It's more a card game than a board game, but the cards have words rather than numbers. It's unfortunate that Apples to Apples is my favorite game because the more people that play the better and I usually don't like to hang out in large groups.

I agree about Monopoly and Life, they're fun too. I also like Sorry, Clue, Uno, Dominos, Speed, etc. I love board games, but don't get the chance to play them very often.

I play card games all the time at school! Although the only reason I play them is because portable gaming devices are banned ;_______;
The card game I always play with my friends is Big 2. It is a fun game when you allow poker hands.

I sometimes play solitaire with real cards, just cuz I feel like it. And we have Simpson's monopoly which we have been known to bust out on occasion. It's the coolest monopoly ever!

I love group board games! My favorites are Cranium, Scategories, Taboo, Apples to Apples (which happens to also be a card game), and Balderdash. Any game that you need about four to eight people to play can be really fun.

There are some card games I like too, but too often people want to play for money and I think that sucks the fun out of some of the games. But I do not like taking money from friends. The only game worth it is the nickels and dime game, Sixty-Five.

I don't own very many board games at all, well at least not as many as I did when I was a kid.
Back then I used to have Candy Land, Operation, and all those other timeless games, but now not so much. @@;
The only board games I have now are Simpsons Monopoly, which is actualy really fun and funny too, but the only reason I got it was because I found it at a yard sale for 5 bucks. xD
Alsooo... I have the Wegie board {spelling?} which is a little silly but fun for a good laugh once in a while. ^^

OH! And for card games, I pretty much just enjoy playing poker and those sort of... games, if thats what you want to call it. <<

I despise Monopoly. It never ends. D: I don't have any siblings, and my parents are divorced so I'm pretty much home alone most of the time. I don't have anyone to play these with. XD

I haven't played a board game in a long time, mostly because I don't actually own any. When I turned ten or eleven, my dad threw them all out because he said I was too old for them.

I play cards every so often ~ I like war a lot, and I also play poker.

Here's a good question. I roleplay, good old fashioned D&D, among other sorts of roleplaying games with the great D20's and such. Would you count that also? It's not exactly a computer game, although it's pretty nerdy.
Or larping? That's a good one too~ no computer or console needed, just some awesome props and such. :o

I like playing card and board games, even though it's hard to get someone to play with me sometimes.
My best friend and I play Phase 10 almost every time we get together. Another of our favorites it Spite and Malice. My family and I used to play Rummy a lot and my younger sister and I spent many nights bonding over games of Crazy 8s.
As for board games, I'm not sure I have a favorite. My brother-in-law and I used to play Sorry a lot. I do like Payday more than others. I've never cared much for Monopoly though. I'm not sure why.

I love playing Monopoly, but it's such a long game! I always lose- unless I get boardwalk and parkplace! XD
I also love checkers. I don't really know how to play Chess.

As for cardgames, I really like Uno.

I still rarely play Monopoly.. I'll be buying more board games now for rainy days. <3

I'm a sucker for the genuinely classic board games. The ones that were invented long before any board game manufacturing company was. I'm a bit of a chess player; I'm not really THAT good, but thanks to the fact that almost no one plays it that I know, I haven't lost a single game in over five years.

I'm not really familiar with many board games past the classics. Checkers, chess, backgammon, that kind of stuff. However, I DO kinda like Life, though it takes forever to play, and I can never find anyone willing. And playing board games by yourself is no fun...unless it's made for one person.

I don't know too many card games, either. :[ Curse the fact that I have no one to play such games with. D< When I DO get to play a card game or learn a new one, I really like it...but it's rare.

sure...all the time. I really enjoy playing scrabble, boggle,rummy, yahtzi, and spades. I play them all the time with my friends and family. I play kids games with my daughters. They're too young to play too many. They like shoots and ladders and hi ho cherry oh. Not too great games for someone my age to have fun with, but playing with them makes it fun.

We play cards quite a bit here. The game cube probably wins the game wars, but poker and 3 to the king don't trail by far.

I make my boyfriend play Jenga with me all the time - we're pro at that game. lol. We seriously get it stacked to the point where you can't move any other block because there are none to move - it's awesome!
I used to love playing monopoly when I was a kid - my family would sit down and play it - along with scrabble - we had so much fun :D Yatzee was fun too!
I was a big fan of candyland as well - it was like MY board game when I was a kid. My brothers and I used to play it a lot - it was so much fun :D

Apples To Apples is pretty fun ^^ I love games in general so almost anything is fun for me, unless I don't get it XD

During indoor recess, my friends and i always play cards. <3 We mostly play war, spoons, or signal, but i suck at all of them. xD Usually though during war, i get out, but i ask for 'charity' and they give me cards. <3 And then i bet them. xDDD

Are Magic the Gathering cards considered? Yeah. I occasionally play it.

As for board games, Monopoly has always been a classic favorite. And I love Scrabble. Used to be in the school varsity for word games when I was in high school.

I like to play Scrabble. I totally own at that board game. And Trouble is fun too. :'D As for card games, I'm okay at Poker, but my game is Speed. That is my favorite card game, but I haven't played it in foreverrr. And sometimes I play Solitaire, just for the halibut.

I love board games, I try to play them all the time, but I've started to give up hope because nobody in my family ever wants to play with me. Thats why I love it when it rains, because everyone is stuck inside and my dad makes my little brothers play with me. My favorite board game would have to be Clue though I really suck at playing it. I've only won a few times.
