I have very, very dark brown eyes. In all of my baby pictures, it appears as though I'm some demon-spawn because my eyes are entirely black with little to no white. :shock:

They aren't so dark anymore, of course, but I still don't much care for the color. If it's dark, they look black. If it's really sunny out, they seem to be more red than anything. (Okay, so maybe I am a demon..)

My husbands' eyes are brown on the outside and they fade to a beautiful green in the center. Both eyes are completely different, as his right eye has brown freckles in the green. What color are you supposed to call that? :sweat: I say his eyes are green, because I know how plain it is to have brown eyes..

I like any of the darker colours really, I've been put off blue eyes for a while now! X3
And brown is such a pretty colour - my boyfriends eyes are brown and so so very captivating! (wow that sounded tarded!)
My eyes are a darker green though, and I really like them the way they are. I'm glad I don't have blue though. Dunno why! XD

I like my eyes, and they are a light brown. I'm sure it would be fun to try and have a different colour eyes, but generally i think brown eyes are pretty. ^_^

I know what you guys mean....I have very VERY dark brown eyes...almost black...that sucks but oh well. I was born with them so I'm proud of what I have. >.<

I think that's a matter of opinion.
Brown eyes can be pretty if they're luminous and match a person's hair.
I think the problem is we're taught not to like the color brown.
We avoid it in clothing. (Even if it looks good with our skin tone.)
We avoid painting with it unless we like fall colors. Brown gets a bad rep as anything other than a hair color and even that was true at points in the past when blond hair was prized.

I think most eyes are pretty. Personally, I absolutely adore green eyes! But brown eyes can be very beautiful, like when they have speckles of other colors in them or if they're really dark.

I like gray eyes a lot, too.

I have green eyes and I love them. They keep me unpinched on St. Patrick's Day! It's jsut kind of funny because I'm the only one in my family with green eyes. Both my Mom and sister have brown eyes, and my Dad has gray eyes.

Since I already love my eyes, I would want to change them, but if I had to, I might go for a kind of blue-gray.

It depends on what shade of brown you have before you judge that brown eyes aren't pretty. Or, they may be an ugly shade in the winter and then a beautiful shade in the summer. You can't judge all the shades of brown, only one shade and then a different one. I myself have brown in my eyes, because I have hazel (green, grey, and a pretty brown) eyes and it changes from a medium shade and then a light shade from season to season.

I don't think they are too pretty, but my fiance seems to think they are. His eyes are multicolored and all splotchy.

It's funny because I've always thought it would be cool to have green or blue eyes, even though I have brown. I love people who have eyes that have multiple colors in them. I guess if you wanted to, you could always get the color changing contacts. My sister had a pair of purple ones before.

I do think brown eyes are pretty though. My boyfriend has brown eyes with a slight bit of hazel in them, so they look different depending on what light he is standing in.

I think it depends on the shape of the eye. My bf has brown eyes and I think they're really pretty. And there are some people with blue eyes and they just look boring to me. So really it's the shape and unique characteristics in the eyes. xD

I have blue/green eyes, and I'm honestly not picky at all when it comes to eye colour. I think brown eyes can be beautiful; my boyfriend has brown eyes and I think they're fantastic. A lot of my friends who have brown eyes say they wish they had a different colour, and I think it's a bit sad. Be happy with what you've got. :(

I personally have green eyes with a gold center, but my boyfriend has beautiful, deep brown eyes. I think really dark brown is even prettier than blue or green sometimes.

I think brown eyes don't get much recognition because they're very common, but I think they very pretty. My eyes are brownish from a distance, but when you look closer, they have a little bit of all the colors in them, which is nice.
