yes yes its very cold at 4:19 right now in CA but ice cream sounds so yummy! don't you think? im having a chocolate sundae mm i dunno..when you can't sleep ice cream might not be the best to have but it makes you feel better :)

I often eat strange food when I'm tired. I eat a lot of weird food for breakfast too since I don't tend to care for typical breakfast foods.

when im tired i think i want taco bell alot of the times ya know? im sure it sounds yucky but how can you go wrong with good ol taco bell?

im never up in the AM so i pass on the breakfast part

Mmmm... Icecream!

I had icecream in the middle of the night/early in the morning most of last week, 'cause I had the flu, and it was the only thing that numbed my sore throat enough so that I could actually get some sleep!
(or at least, that was my excuse...)

I haven't had ice cream in the morning for a while now, but when I was in high school I use to do it all the time. Now that I'm in college my early morning food of choice is pizza. But now that you've brought it up I think I'm going to go and get myself some ice cream.

Ice cream is good for any meal, anytime.

Every year for the birthday of me and my brothers - we have cake for breakfast. XDDD I'm not a big sweets eater though - so I very rarely eat cake and icecream - but I've had it for breakfast before. XD

I have no ice cream in my house right now. It makes me a sad panda. Yes I've had ice cream for breakfast before but I put fruit in with it so it was healthy. LULS.

I rarely have ice cream now, but I recall eating it early in the morning. ^_^ I don't think there's anything wrong with it. I think it's healthier to have it earlier in the day than later on in the day (like right before you go to bed?) if you're going to have ice cream at all...xD

It's always rather cold when I want ice cream the most. In summertime I just simply don't feel like eating, and ice cream always melts and tastes bad, so I never really want any. x_x I prefer it creamy, but not melted.

If you're craving it, why not? I don't see why people think that you shouldn't be able to eat ice cream or any other desert in the morning.

We eat pancakes in the morning, which is just fried batter with all sorts of sweets on it. Why don't we just eat a real cake? We'll enjoy it more AND we won't be lying to ourselves.

When I first moved out on my own, I had ice cream for breakfast my first morning in my new place. It was just one of those things you were NEVER allowed to do at home. :)

The day after I moved out, I bought some unhealthy sugary cereal for breakfast!

My parents never bought that kind of thing, they were a strictly Allbran/Shredded Wheat household.

I eat so strangely in the wee hours of the morning. I think it's because as my tiredness increases, so does my lack of impulse control, so I end up actually -making- that stir-fry, or banana bread, or... whatever.

btw, there is no limit on when one can eat ice cream. It is distinctly an All The Time food. :]

I have ice cream in the middle of the night sometimes. I don't think it's that weird. XD I have a weird sleeping schedule that I really should fix. So I sometimes get hungry at night and have random snacks.

Sometimes, in the middle of the night, if my throat is killing me, I go into the kitchen, grab a spoon, and take a spoonful of icecream to eat.
Then I go back to sleep, content. <3

Yummy yummy ice cream! I havent actually had ice cream in a while O= but I have had those days where I have cheated and eaten ice cream in the morning. Afterwards im mad at myself for doing it...but come on it was worth it lol C=

I think it's fairly common to crave milk products late at night. Milk tends to be calming, so I guess that's part of why.
