How do you like to spend your vacations?
:D Right now, It's vacation time for me and I'm spending it in Japan with my cousin.
I usually like to spend my vacations computer-ing and... stuff But now, I'm going sight-seeing in the eland of the rising sun : D How do you like to spend your vacations? Also, if there's been a topic like this somewhere, then feel free to delete this one and I'll post in that one. |
I will love the holiday when I go to the U.K.! Talk about an invasion, I think all of Europe will know when I'm on my way there, lol, because I'm just so excited about it. I want to go out into the countrysides and maybe nab a cutie patootie (a.k.a. Bedlington Terrier). Kind of ironic, I mean, I can't stand dogs for the most part. But I would LOVE to have a Jack Russell or Bedlington for a friend. Those two, mm, so adorable. I might accidentally suffocate them in my excitement by bear-hugging. ^^
Also, I dream of the day I do holidays in Panamá. Which is my birth country. The tropics? Je! Lots of sweating and flat Spanish, but it will be awesome. |

I prefer spending my vacation time doing something that I never get to otherwise. I sleep in, read, play on the computer, and play video games and all that stuff all the time. When I'm on vacation, I want to be non-stop moving, hopping from place to place and seeing all there is to see. I like going to carnivals, parades, amusement parks, beaches, museums, all that jazz. Ride a horse, ride in a monster truck, rent some crazy boat, see who can hold their hands in the air throughout the entire rollercoaster. You know, have fun! A lot of my friends want their vacations to be relaxing, so I have to warn them not to go with me. xD

I'd like to go someday >w< Well, I like spending my vacations reading (for pleasure, not for HW), and drawing. I love drawing but only have time in vacations, for the most part. I'm also hoping to go to Anime Expo this summer, as I've never been to a con before D8 |
well it usually depends for me. Usually I like spending my school vacations hanging out with my friends our whatever. But I also love just relaxing at home going on the computer/wathcing tv, just resting.

Spending your vacation in Japan sounds like an interesting way to spend it. We never do anything except maybe go camping once in a while and that is boring. I would love to take my kids to Florida or something since neither of them have ever seen the ocean up close.

I love just being able to relax at home and do some reading, or go into Austin for some shows.

I like going back home, to Pennsylvania. And then driving to New Jersey and going to the beach. I really love seeing the ocean. |
I like going on the internet, sleeping and just hanging with friends. :3 Low key vacations.
I also like teh two new things in my summer vacations lately. A Juvenile Arthritis conference (last year held in Hershey, PA, this year in Costa Mesa, CA (near disneyland)) Soo much fun. And we get amazing activites planned. a few learning sessions, but mostly getting to know others with JA. Also, I volunteer for a local weekend family camp for families with kids with arthritis. I get to be a counselor for the 2-5 year olds! It's so fun So that's how I spend my summer break. :3 |
I would love to spend it traveling, but I don't get many of those chances. This summer I went on my first cruise to Key West, Cozumel, and Belize City.(Wearing Belize City shirt right now.) That was really nice. But I usually spend most of my vacation on the computer or going with my step sister who lives in Chicago. I am also taking art classes in Columbia College in Chicago in June. So I got a laid back summer awaiting me.

I almost laughed at the fact that you used the word computer-ing i spend most of my vacations[yearly] well a small part of it in Disney land in California which is like a family tradition in my family sort of weird but i love it =D.Going to Japan sounds exciting though and since i have never been in any sort of country in Asia[Japan,China etc]i would love to

I usually spend my time on the internet, going out with friends, reading, drawing, swimming, watching anime, and playing soccer. I would love to be able to go someplace for a vacation someday, but I currently can't afford to go anywhere. Places I would love to go are Japan, England, and France.

Well I usually prefer vacationing away from home, like the beach, amusement parks what-have you- I think you're super lucky for being able to vacation in Japan (*wants to go to*) I bet that's going to be...interesting since Japan seems like the most crazy-cool-country on earth xD
But If I can't go somewhere, then I prefer to just chill at home and surk the internet all day...but that's part of the reason why I never leave the house now xD ....that and the fact that I can't drive >_> *cough* |
I would like to SPEND my vacation any other way than I usually do. I stay at home, I have no money for trips... :(
this year we have some money for two trips inside the country. one is mainly for shopping to a near bigger city, and another is to a place more far away to see our friends there...or rather, his friends (my husbands..) yeah. big fun. the only time I've been outside this country was when I was 11! for ten years I haven'd had a proper holiday vacation... :roll: |
I usually spend my summer vacations going to my cousin's cabin a state over. That and I like to fish, so I tend to go fishing when able to. :3

Hanging with friends and/or family and chillin' under the sun getting a tan and junk! I love being lazy and down on relaxing on vacations! Sometimes I like to site-see too.

I was thinking of going to a language course in Moscow, but so many people said it was dangerous for a girl to go there alone that I had to change my mind. So I'll just go to Antalya to visit my uncle this year.
