Do you mean... severe? D: Because at first I thought you meant serve storm like, "OH DAYUM, YOU GOT SERVED!".
I've been through some pretty bad ones. Lightening storms, wind roaring so hard trees have fallen over (and I live right next to a forest), floods so intense that we had to use a boat to get next door.... hell, I born during a blizzard.

Not super severe... the closest to really severe was the week-long remnants of a hurricane that flooded my backyard all the way up to my house. (The house is on top of a big hill)
It sucked, 'cause apparently a pipe broke and flooded the basement and we had to throw everything out.. and we weren't allowed to shower.

Several hurricanes swing by my place every year, but my city never gets hit badly at all. Strange..
Other than that, I stay pretty storm free.

I've seen some terrible thunderstorms, a few blizzards, and a couple of relatively minor hurricanes. The worst for me and not in actual power was when I went up to Vermont. I was driving to my uncle's house and it was wet snowing. The slush clogged the treads of the Trailblazer and we hydroplaned. The road turned and we didn't. The car spun 90 degrees, hit some trees and the beginning of the guard rail, then flipped over twice. When we stopped, the back window was gone, the front was destroyed, the battery had been thrown roughly 30 feet into a tree and there had been various dents all over the car. Luckily, both my mother and I had our seat belts on. She escaped with a scratch on her elbow and I got a small bump on my head from where it hit the ceiling. Unfortunately, my laptop which was open at the time had its screen shattered and now serves as a desktop with an external monitor. But this serves as proof that seat belts save lives because I have no shred of doubt that had I not been wearing mine, I would be dead.

Lol. The fourth of July '07. I was in Hershey, PA.
There were tornado warnings. :0 We didn't get to celebrate with fireworks at the themepark... *teartear*
But it was fun. :3

Hurricanes and thunderstorms, but never a tornado.
I've definately been in one or two blizzards as well. No real damage except for some large tree branches fell on our roof and car.

I lived through many hurricanes while living in FL. And through many a blizzard storm up north. Thunder storms are mesmerizing to me. I enjoy the light show, especially at night. And then there are the hail storms too.

I've been through a couple. I love thunderstorns though, they are comfy and make me go to sleep ^_^
I don't know exactly how that works out but yea, that's what happens :\
Also, I love when it's pouring raining so loud that I can hear it. That puts me to sleep also. Now THAT sound is soothing.

Been through a load of severe storms and a small tornado, but that's about it. I'm used to severe weather, as I'm in Missouri. I have the luck of living near where the Missouri and Mississippi rivers meet, so I'm right between two rivers which weakens the storms a bit when they pass.
I can safely say that I'm not at all afraid of severe weather, at least not anymore. I can sense when it's bad enough that I need to get my ass to safety.

I've been through about...let's see... about five hurricanes. The wind is a trip, and I've always been afraid of thunder/lightning. But, other than that, they weren't too bad. (Except for one when I was three, that put my family out of our house.)

I've been through a bunch of hurricanes. In one, I even went out swimming.
We did have a pretty bad one a few years back though. The worst of it hit in the middle of the night and it started flooding. The water was rising really fast, so here me and my mom were outside in the middle of the night with only flashlights (electricity went out) trying to move things out of the garage and trying to get the lawn mowers and such up on dry land. Then our deck started floating away and we had to walk out in hip deep water to tie a rope to the edge so it wouldn't go floating away. The wind was howling and tree branches were falling all around us. You could hear them all creaking and cracking and stuff. It sucks that it destroyed so much, but I have to admit, it was actually very exciting. Come morning, the tree in the backyard was pretty much destroyed. There were branches all stacked neatly around my room, but miraculously, none actually fell on it. I'm lucky, because these were huge branches. I don't think the house would've been able to hold it if it actually hit the roof.
We also had a pretty bad blizzard when I was a kid. I remember that night of it, I was walking around outside with two friends and my friend's sister. We had to hold onto each other coats because the snow was falling so quickly that if someone got a couple feet ahead of you, you'd lose them. When it had first started snowing, my mom picked me up from school. It was a long ride back to my house though, and by the time we got close the roads were already covered. The car started slipping.
All I remember is saying, "Hey mom! There's a stop sign there!"
"I can see that, honey."
BAM!
:XD

I've driven through a really bad thunderstorm. Also a tornado went through my backyard, but pretty high up so it just like completely destroyed all our really old trees. The blizzard of '96 was really bad, we missed like 2 weeks of school.

Oh yeah! i remeber me,my mom,my little brother, and my mother's ex-boyfriend were at Seaworld and we heard some thunder and not long after that it started to really rain hard, so we all ducked inside a nearby resturant. Which needless to say got really crowded really fast. It was late in the afternoon and my little brother who's only two hadn't had a npa yet, so he was tired and cranky.... my mom thought it would be a good idea to head over to the penguin place until the rain stopped because it's dark and quiet in there... i was already on edge because i'm afraid of the lightining so once we headed outside it started to hail as well... we couldn't go across to the penguin place and we couldn't go back inside the resturant because our seats were taken and it was too crowded. so we were stuck outside much to my dismay.

I looooooooooove stormy/dangerous weather but have yet to witness a tornado first hand. No I don't like the destruction or want it to destroy homes but it would still be epic to see. I don't live near the coast so a hurricane is out of the question but we have gotten the aftermath of it. As in the storms that made it to land would travel upward and hit us hard.
But blizzards, floods, damaging storms, and ice storms I've been through and survived. Blizzards are ok but ice storms are a pain because of the massive damage from the ice breaking trees, limbs, powerlines, etc. ><; Floods suck depending where you live here and....it sucked in 1993 because our basement was a pool and a lot of our stuff was ruined and then downtown was completely engulfed in water. So far we haven't had anything come close to that year even though as a kid I only remembered seeing water frackin everywhere and wanting to go fishing. XD.
