I've had one major prophetic dream that I can remember. It was about two years ago, so my memories have faded a little bit.

My father and I were on a pirate ship and he ended up dying. I can't remember what exactly happened. I think he drowned. When I woke up I was really distressed and ran crying to my father. He had to go to work and he said that he would be careful.

He was driving somewhere that day and there were two cars that were driving dangerously on the road. Remembering my dream, he slowed down. One of the cars ran the other off the road. The scary thing was that they had Tampa Bay Buccaneers stickers on the back of their cars. If my dad hadn't been being careful, he would have been right in the middle of a car crash.

So there's my weird story.

I've also had dreams that one of my friends was mad at me or wasn't speaking to me. It turns out that she was going to a different school, and as a result, we don't talk very often anymore.

I get deja vu like mad often. It's gone where I could predict only a few seconds, to where I can predict for a few minutes.

My dad's family is psychic, so I have some abilities as well. I'm not quite sure what my abilities are yet. I don't think I'm a medium like my father, and I can't read auras. I'm extremely empathetic to the point where I can pick up on people's hidden emotions. If there is a high energy level in a room I feel uncomfortable and I usually have to go somewhere where it is quieter.

Sorry for the rambling.

Last night i dreamt i was pulling nails (like masonary nails) out of my hands and knees.

I don't know, its not quite imagining it, not quite remembering it. Somewhere it between. No way am i puritanical in anyway, well, maybe a little. But i retain something from a life i don't remember. Quirks, fears...etc.

First, I want to say that the first page of this thread was really cool. o.o

Now then, I don't think I've ever had a really prophetic dream. The closest I've came to that that I can remember anyway, is that when I was a little girl, I was constantly having this exact same dream. It was of me and my grandma in a car and we were driving away from something bad. I couldn't ever see it, I just knew it was bad. Now I determine this to mean that my nana will always take me away from the bad things in my life, and she does. She always has. :]

But while we're on the subject of this kind of stuff, I do get deja vu a lot. Its like...something I've never done, or a person I've never seen, and I will think "I have done this/seen them before." It happens randomly, and sometimes I think I've imagined it. But I don't know how I can. O.o
Also, like twice I have heard a song on the radio, and I knew the words and was able to sing it even though I know I'd never heard the song before in my life. O.o
The first time, it was an old old song, like from the 40s or 50s or something.
And the second time, my car radio completely randomly picked up a Big Band song from like God knows when (when was that kind of music even popular? xD) and I knew the music.
Thats another thing too, I really like Big Band/Swing music, which makes absolutely NO sense. :lol:
So anyway, I think I've had at least one past life. o.o There's other evidence too, but this isn't really the right thread for it I don't guess, so I'm going to stop rambling. xD

Yea that happens to me sometimes. That's the only way I'll remember a dream also. It's scary because I has a wild imagination. It makes you wonder what else of your dreams may come true one day eh? (For those who actually remember their dreams)

I've had that once, I would dream that (a person) was sick and what I thought was true, she had become sick a few days after I thought she would be.

I also wanted to say that the first page freaked me out, but it was cool, the answers were all you said. It was also a coincidence that she stumbled across the thread!

I did once when I was a kid, but it I tend to think it was just one massive coincidence, because I don't really believe in prophetic dreams.

When I was very little, I had a re-occuring dream in which my mum was sat in the middle of a room holding a baby boy with red hair and blue eyes.
One day, my parents told my older brother and I that she was pregnant. The dream continued throughout the pregnancy. Eventually, my mum gave birth to a baby boy with red hair and blue eyes.

I'm more inclined to think it was just a coincidence, but my mum's convinced it was God telling me about my little brother before he was born... although I think it's a pretty pointless thing for any god to reveal to a three year-old girl. I don't see any reason why I'd have needed to know about it in advance.

My name is not Ann or Anne and I haven't lost my father. I've had plenty of dream deja-vous though. Too many to list

@Cherish: Some people have the belief that relatives who have passed on can also give you little previews of what might happen. -shrug- A reoccurring dream like that doesn't really sound like coincidence. The supernatural doesn't necessarily need some great purpose when doing these things. Sometime it's just a little heads up on what's to be, if it does indeed turn out that way.

Bajas had dreams like that. Though, mine feel more like things that have already happened. Like memories in stead of visions of things to come.

wow,thats weird,i wish i could do things like that in my dreams x-x,when im awake i catch deja-vu's,but thats about it =S
