I do feel myself worrying about eating too many sweets and meat often. I don't need to be worried about gaining weight, but I really don't want to imagine myself being overweight in the future.
I also always read nutrition labels on the stuff I eat xD

for some people its normal to feel like that. like a phobia.
but really, you don't have to worry about it, unless it becomes a problem.
embrace your love handles... wait did i just say that.

erm. anyway.

sorry its getting late for me...

ummm well, if you really wanted to get rid of the 'fat' you could do sit ups and crunches. always fun.

Being nearly underweight (and knowing that my eating habits is nearing to unhealthy), I actually prefer having fat XD The pudge on the sides of my waist? I give them love <3 Having a very fast metabolism has its downsides too.

What I don't like on myself though, is when the distribution isn't proportionate. Having fat upper thighs while everything else is skinny is a huuuuge scare for me.

I feel guilty eating a meal without vegetables-- all those meat and rice can't be good for the health after all...

And before someone says "but being skinny is better than being obese!", it doesn't matter if you're underweight or overweight-- it's STILL unhealthy! It's like saying "it's better to be dying from dehydration than than to be drowning"... both extremes are bad, it's just that drowning tends to be more common.

I hate how i have a small double chin, it's so minor, but it annoys the heck out of me. And my cheeks seem really fat and crap, and i hate it. >.<

I also have very big thighs and extra fat there that i want to go away, but i have such a small waist and tummy. It's insane. I look like a pear D:

you could be on your way to developing a food disorder... obsessing over food and feeling guilty aren't that healthy..

meh, I'm normal weighted and all the fat I gain on my tummy. it's hard to get rid of too.
but overall, I think my body looks well balanced, and I don't look like a twig who doesn't eat. :)

Oh my god. This site is all females. I shouldn't be posting in here really on this topic, for fear one of you will rip off my pride and joy. >>; Anywho.

I will tell you right now, there are very few men in this world who like the Nicole Richie 95 lbs 'goddess' that all the tabloids made her out to be. I have had this discussion with some friends of mine that I work with and we all agreed we like women with meat/muscle on them. Granted not 'obese' really, but not a damn toothpick. Eat healthy, excersise, and you will grow to be fine in life.
Now, feeling guilty about eating the green olive ontop of a sandwich without eating your sandwich. I am more concerned about that. It sounds like its turning into the eating disorder Blondeheart mentioned. I would suggest anyone who feels guilty about eating a small thing, especially something as healthy as a granola bar. Should definitely do a couple things. One, if you are a minor//living with your parents. You should let them know of this situation. The second, is to go see a doctor. The doctor can point you in a good direction to get you back to eating healthy again and your parents, friends, coworkers, can help you through it. Nothing works better with this, then having support. People to back you up will make you feel so much better about yourself and help you get to eating healthy again.

A lot of girls do what you're doing
And its fairly normal
Not very healthy but normal

I myself am fat
So I don't really have a..phobia of gaining more; I just don't want to
I'd like to lose weight but I'm not obsessive over it

I think I'll try to lose some this summer : )

I'm ridiculously over-concious to what I eat. I blame my mom.

I'm not fat, but I'm not tall so that means if I gain weight it will be really obvious and all in my gut and eww. D: My mom even told me that if I didn't watch what I ate, I'd be fat, unsuccessful and unpopular! D: So now I do.

I mean, if I'm with friends, I won't be a freak, I'll chow down, but I don't eat a lot at home because my mom is so diet-concious. I know I shouldn't care, but then she shows me these pictures of when she was massive and how I'm not like dad, I'm more like her and I'll be massive if I don't watch it! D:

You fear gaining weight, I seek to gain weight.
Currently I'm weighing in at about 100-110lbs, unknown to me as I don't have a scale, but I am damn skinny, let's just say.

I try to eat more and more, but that doesn't seem to work.

Not really, I wouldn't mind more fat on me, actually. Most of the time people tell me I look sickly since I'm a pretty skinny boy. I also don't eat the healthiest of foods enyet I stay ratherly skinny. I have a feeling when I turn 25 all the junk I eat will catch up to me and I will be a blob. That's what my mother says to me, anyway.
