what do yuo think about proms do you go? why or why not?

I never got the point in going to prom. School dances in general were always so boring.

I think prom is a waste of time.
I personally don't like the idea of dressing up and dancing.

I'm just not that kind of person, I guess.

My report is going to be horrible.. I just know it (I haven't got it yet).
I've warned my parents beforehand so they won't freak out when they see it for the first time. x_X

We don't have proms here.. so yea :| I don't really think about it much.

Both my proms were incredibly so much fun. It royally pisses me off when people are like "Oh I was never asked to prom, so even though I bought the dress and everything I'm not going~" Like what a WASTE of money. Ridiculous. Nobody asked me to my junior prom, my boyfriend was in Texas, so I asked a buddy who was a sophomore to go. We had the most fun I think than most people did :3 And last year was my Senior prom, and Eric came home from the Air Force to take me. It was really, just a lovely night with him and some of the best friends I've ever had. <3 I wouldn't trade that night for anything ^^

Plus: No report cards in college. You have to and pretty much want to seek out your own grades =P

i only went to my senior prom and it was alright
not the best
it would have been a waste of my time if two of my friends weren't there. >O<

my report card grades... erm i hope they are okay o.o

My report card was great, 100 for the year in English, Science, and Spanish. Woot. And a 99 in Social Studies.

I got an 87 on my math final though. I was so pissed off! I mean, it was really, really easy. The only reason my grade was a 93 for the year was because the class was way slow for me. Damn advanced math...lowest grade overall, and that final was the lowest number on my report card, ever, in my life.

I've yet to go to prom, but I don't even go to my high school dances. I think I should go next year, but I know I'll be greatly disappointed in the effort they put into the dance. I wish it was as glamorous as I imagined instead of one disco ball and using the cafeteria as the dance floor.. =___=;

I've yet to receive my report card, and I'm suppose to go get it on the 7th or the 8th, but I'll be in summer school at that time.. I didn't fail; I'm going to transfer into a higher class. I could always send my mom, but I don't want her looking at it because this semester has been my saddest. ._.'

Waste of money and besides, I'd rather take the boyfriend to a show where we can slam dance and listen to some good punk rock! That's a romantic night.

I'm not even at a 3.7 at HTHS anymore. :[
But I have three more years, hopefully they won't suck as much as freshman year.

I never went to a prom because I'm only a junior. I'm going next year though if a guy takes me only. BUT I'm definetly going to my senior prom. It will be free because the juniors pay for it. =]

And...I love getting my report card. I've only gotten one C in my whole life and I get mostly As and a few Bs.

Eh, I got my report card.
It's not great.
It was all A's and B's last semester.
Now my parents aren't happy with it;

Spanish I - B
