So I love going for walks, but I find sometimes that after I've had a good hike I've got road dust in my eyebrows. It is so weird! My eyebrows are not bushy or anything, but I always have to wash my face really well and then comb my eyebrows with one of those little brushes that you get in basic makeup too kits. Hahaha, it sound a bit gross doesn't it?
Does anyone else find this? Or am I the only one who gets eyebrow dust? :P

Flying Wings: I don't think eyebrow dust is something wrong with someone's body, it is more like when you get mud on your shoes. Only this is road dust on one's face. :)
Vesta: Yup, eyebrow dust. It is funny, and dirty, I always feel a little grossed out! My hair gets messy too. I don't think it is possible to go for a walk and not get messy hair, no matter how much product someone uses.

I get that all the time. I also tend to get it in my mouth, I don't really get why though...

Felly1329: I think that is because it is in the air, and when you breath you inhale it. I hate winter for that actually. I always have a stuffed nose so I have to breath through my mouth, and there is so much salt everywhere that crushed particles are floating around. All I taste is salt. :P Bleh

I've never heard of that before until now actually. I know I get 'sweaty?'
When I wash my face off after a hike or something. Or just from being outside for a LONG Long time I go inside, wash my face off and its....salty.
At least its not in the eyes though. Wouldn't that stink? ^_^'
But eyebrow dust does sound irritating.

I don't let it get to the point where it would begin to smell, but it is irritating. I have a strange habit of running my fingers along my eyebrows so I always notice their condition.

Just rub a finger over one eyebrow, if it feels gritty you've got eyebrow dust. It is magic! Haha, not really. :sweat:

I've never experianced it, but my old brother says when he hikes some of the moutains were we live (durring Montana's summer) he gets pritty dusty and dirty. I often find him cleaning his ears out. Then again he does roll around on the ground alot...

Eyebrow dust?! o_o;
Yes, it does sound kinda gross, but at least you clean yourself 8D
And I guess that's what eyebrows and eyelashes are for.. to protect your eyes from dust.
Once it was REALLY windy and I had to work outside with plants and lots of dust accumulated in my ears. THAT was gross. >>

I live in the desert (Las Vegas) and whenever it's really windy and I'm outside for more than an hour, I have dirt and grain in my ears. It's very strange, and I completely understand where you're coming from. :cool:

It never gets dry enough around where I live for the dust to gain head-level altitude, but it does tend to accumulate under my fingernails. Where it mixes with sweat and winds up as an unpleasant gray paste. I can spend a lot of time fussing over my nails, especially if I've been outdoors.

I didn't even know it was there.. my dad told me after school when he picked me up.
