If Muhammed really was a prophet then he should've predicted and put a little tidbit for those shii-ites. Thou shall not blow stuff up. If the qu'aran was his 'correct interpretation' (pfft) of the bible, and since the bible is wrong, then doesn't that mean the quaran he made is wrong as well?

This debate is pointless. You just want to preach to Mene that your religion is "perfect". Why don't you insert a link to an 3-D mosque chatroom? Bye now.

I don't think it is perfect in authenticity but perhaps it is one of the least flawed. If you want to say perfect I think Scientology is much closer to that as it is more recent and much more involving its creation was recorded.

And for several generations, if I remember correctly, as the text itself wasn't writen as the stories where told, but much much later. Human error could have changed the meanings, the very fabric of the text to support the way of life and understanding of Allah at the time of it's writing. Which may not have been accurate to the original words of the Angel Gabriel.

So no, I don't believe it could be perfect, in that I don't believe it is possible for the exact words of Gabriel to be told and retold so many times before being writen and stay pure to their origin.

I couldn't have said it better. Totally in agreement.

There's no such thing as perfect, silly ;)

No more perfect than the Bible. Both were written by man not god. Man is fallible. And tends to put his own twist on things. Very few men can be literal.

I would say that the Qur'an says it all and that it's the last book given by God to mankind.

Nevertheless, my claim is that my faith stands on the premise that there are no errors in the Quran, nor contradictions, nor anything proven false and that it is infallible.
Well you would say that, wouldn't you? :XD Isn't it just part of your faith to believe your holy book is infallible?
I can't possibly agree, but I'm not a Muslim. If I did believe the Quran was infallible and without error I would be a Muslim!
