WOW  that is really scary. I cant believe how stupid the school faculty was. If I was that kids parents I would make sure who ever gave out that info was fired. And if the school refuses to do anything about it I would definitely threaten to sue

I think the older woman was behaving like... wait for it.... a child! Seriously? What the hell was she thinking?
Private information should remain PRIVATE, the legal action should be dismissal of the schools Principal and all who disclosed that information.
If it was my child, I'd rally/picket/riot at that school, I don't think suing the school would help anything, in the end you're just taking away from the children.

what do you think of the behavior of the older woman?
what sort of legal action should be taken against the school for disclosing private information about their students?
what would you do if this was your child?

The woman is an insane freak, if she can't take two steps to the side she shouldn't be out walking by herself.

The parents of the child should sue for child endangerment. They didn't know who this woman was she could have kidnapped him and killed him.

I don't care for children. . . but I just hate stupidity even more!

I think that she needs to grow up. I also am sure that stalking children is illegal too. That is just plain creepy. Isn't it illegal for schools to give out any kind of private information? I would sue them if it was my child. Things like this should never happen. What if she did mean him harm? Whoever gave out the information should be fired if they weren't already. I also think that the teacher who allowed it to happen should be help responsible too if they knew if was not the child's parent or relative. It's scary that a school would allow this to happen to a young child.

First of all, that lady sounds like she has a ridiculous case of self importance syndrome.

Second of all, I think it's ridiculous that the school would give out a child's personal information and allow her into the school and to see him again. All of this business about trying to trip her/etc could be a ploy to get his information. She could be some psycho.

Not that i really believe it, but it's just another angle to consider.

People with unwarranted self importance just annoy me period.
