All in all, Superman would probably win. He has no weaknesses besides kryptonite, which is found on another planet. Spiderman, on the other hand, is a regular human who just so happened to get bitten by a spider.

I luffles them both, but given who I like more, probably Spiderman because he doesn't own just about every power you can think of. He's just awesome in that sense!

I think Spiderman would be much better. Superman is just cheap, and is immune to everything except Kryptonite. How in the world is Spiderman gonna sling into Space to get Kryptonite without:
[A] Freezing to death
[B] Suffocating
Superman would obviously win, but I think Spiderman seems a much better hero.

Ok Superman, to say the least, is invincible except for kryptonite and in a fight has the advatage over Spiderman. For starters where would Spiderman get the kryptonite from? From the recent Superman movie it was stolen and Spiderman wouldn't do anything like that. In the respect of more in common with, I would say Spiderman, since he was normal guy and came into powers, unlike Superman who has had them all along.

But if I had to choose I would say Batman - he's just a normal guy, nothing super powered about him, with a lot of gadgets. To me he wins and if he had a giant robot like Big O he would be more kickass but he does have the Batmobile (the one from beginnings) and i guess that will do for now.
